SCAM SITE!
First time I used the site and it was fine, deposited a small amount of 50$ and cashed out a 60$ skin, then recently they added crypto, so I decided to try the site for the second time and this is when hell broke loose!
I deposited 250$ played up to 300$ and wanted to cash out crypto but they KYC me instead, I sent what they asked for and they denied my KYC and blocked me from withdrawing my funds, they also did not give me any reason behind the ban or denial of KYC. They basically scam u when u win and resort to their shitty rules which state they have the right not to tell reasons behind banning or KYCing a player. Honestly I've never seen such unfairly written rules as well as a shitty experience with support and overall getting scammed and they do not try to hide it. Do not play there unless u wanna get scammed!

Ps. I have contacted support again as CSFail replied on this post, and feels like im talking to a wall... absolutely shit support and site that is never willing to help...

Their update says my kyc had “severe” issues lol what an absolute joke of a site… this isnt my frist time to KYC and if anything is wrong i should be allowed to do it again! Not only u ask for obscured stuff considering a first tier verification, all the requirements were not specific at all!

The site dont block people with gambling problems, its awesome that a gambling site dont have autoexclution option and the support dont block playera that wsmt to be blocked. I have seen how they block people which have been profit in the website. This website should be closed

Scam casino, if you are new player and you have luck, be ready that you gonna be scammed

I deposit, win, then they ask for verification, I give all what I must, they dont ask for more details and just tell, we dont approve, we cant tell you cause we cant)

This site is complete garbage. At one point I won a decent skin and tried to withdraw it, but while I was waiting for the trade, the site didn't send it and just returned the money to my balance three times. I lost my patience and kept playing — and the site drained everything in seconds.

Before that, I had already contacted support, but they didn’t respond for over an hour.

Today, I deposited again and managed to grow my balance, but I stopped too late and the site drained it all to zero once more.

Don't play on this casino. There’s no honesty here, and the support team is absolutely rock bottom.

I could say a lot about the support team because I work in this field — and in our company, if a support agent responds in more than 5 minutes, they get penalized for it!

csfail is a typical scam, then there will be more bots than users for status, connection to the crash + common bank. It is these bots that ruin when you place a bet on the win

After contacting support, I received a response asking me to record a 15-20 minute video of my gameplay, which I did and sent to them. However, I was informed that the verification of the 15-minute video would take up to a month. I do not recommend this.

I deposited money through cryptocurrency in USDC 2 weeks ago, I wrote almost every day that I never received money into my account, they feed me breakfast every day, that tomorrow or the day after tomorrow we will sort it out, but of course nothing changes every day. But today they answered interestingly that they did not receive my money for all my screenshots, that the money was sent to their wallet and this is perfectly possible and easy to check that the money arrived in their wallet 2 weeks ago, they couldn’t answer me anything intelligible for 2 week. I do not recommend making deposits on their website, you will never see the money. Working with a client who waits 2 weeks for his money is absolutely nothing.
