Fraud, theft, conspiracy!!!

THEIVES and fraudsters!!! CRIMINAL COMPANY WITH SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I stopped to get air in my tires and used a machine that I learned uses CSC Serviceworks for vending/money collection. The posted charge was $2. I had to run the machine twice so I had another $2 charge. Okay, fair. …The next morning, my credit card company alerted me to the fact that on both charges, the company had increased the cost by $1 for each transaction! What, are they giving themselves a tip? This was done without my consent. The only time I have ever had a charge increased on my card is when a tip is added in that I knowingly consented to. I did not consent to increasing the posted cost by 50% on both transactions. The reviews for this company are horrendous! You can’t reach their customer service line and their refund request asks for all kinds of details which you will not have because you simply stop for air and did not record the location address, the machine identification number, the three digit this, the four digit that, so you simply cannot even continue with your refund request and nobody answers the phone! I will block them on my credit card, but the world should know that they are fraudsters and thieves!!!

Poor Customer Service- Absence of Human Oversight

We have a broken washing machine in our building- it takes money but does not register/begin the cycle. This happened several times before I realized balance was dropping. I requested a refund through the app a month ago, followed up with a request, but received no response. Followed up with an email with no response. Chatted twice with the online bot, which could not recognize my street address, and requested a human to contact me. Again, no response. It appears there is no human oversight when problems occur.

Every week there's a new frustration

Every week there's a new frustration. The whole room is offline. Most of the time, the washers have the hot and cold water reversed. I'm here 2 days a week and don't have time to wait around to fix things.

I recently had a frustrating experience…

I recently had a frustrating experience with CSC ServiceWorks laundry at my apartment complex. After they installed new machines, I was confused about the process and couldn't get a clear explanation from the app or the machines themselves. I attempted to use the new system, but the instructions were unclear, and I ended up only using cold water for my wash. When I contacted customer service for help, they didn't resolve the issue. Instead of assisting me, they reportedly escalated the matter to my rental office, which felt like an overreach and an invasion of privacy. The entire experience was compounded by the fact that there were no clear instructions on how to get hot water for a wash.
The lack of clear communication and the company's decision to involve my rental office over a simple misunderstanding only added to the frustration.

Prices Raised, But No Repairs

It's been 10 months and they still haven't fixed the system so we can pay for the machines with the app. A couple months into the coins-only phase they lowered the prices to $1.50 for the washer and dryer, which I thought was accommodating of them. (If they're not going to fix the system, it makes sense to adjust the price to offset the inconvenience of having to go to the bank for quarters.) Then I go to do laundry today and the system is still offline but the price is now $2.25 for the washer and $2.00 for the dryer. So they didn't fix or improve anything, they just raised the price for no reason. I still have $17.50 in my digital wallet that I won't be able to use because the system is still offline, so that money is wasted I guess. Overall, it has not been a great experience doing laundry with CSC.

Terrible company, they should be shut down, avoid at all costs

Terrible company, machines frequently don't work and still take your money. There is no way to get refunds, no one answers the phone, they don't have an email, the virtual assistant is purposely convoluted and only lets you have 1 open issue at a time that never gets resolved, then they lie that they resolved the issue. The machines have damaged my clothes beyond repair on multiple occasions. On top of that, they continuously raise the price without any communication in advance.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER

This is the worst laundry company I have ever seen. My apt has multiple machines and they are all out of laundry cards. I have called them 15…. That’s right… 15. TIMES. and every single time they said that they will get a technician out to me to replace them in 24 hours. That has not happened and it’s been nearly a month. If they “escalate your service request” to “speed things up”, don’t worry… that won’t change a thing. I haven’t been able to do any laundry whatsoever. They are scum of a company and should be shut down asap. I’ve never heard of any good experiences with them. Their customer service agents should go work for a real company, not one that blatantly ignores and lies to you :)

It's always something!

We have two washers and two dryers in our building. Only the of them ever seem to be working at the same time. Sometimes a dryer is broken or sometimes it's a washer. And it always takes them months to fix it.
I do like that we can pay with a card.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, they changed air pumps machine in the gas stations to their own and here is the worst parts.
1. You pumping only 1 tire for 3 dollars now.
2. They put digital psi which is misleading. I had very bad experience, the pump pumped my tire to 78 psi instead of 42 psi my regular pressure. Be careful out there. When you see the air pump with csc logo and digital psi, just respect yourself and go to any other regular.
