i deposited 50 coins and turned it into 400 coins. i tried to withdraw and i got prompted with kyc, which is perfectly reasonable. but as soon as i submitted it i got perm banned for user kyc failed.. i contacted support and they dont even know why i was banned, they refused to give a refund. this site is a big scam, once you win big, you get banned.

Don't Bother With This Site
Deposited over $35 dollars on this site. I thought, maybe I'll get verified so I could use this site more compared to Skin Club. Once I submitted my license and selfie, I was rejected and automatically banned. Now I don't have access to my account and my balance. It doesn't look like I'm the only one that has this issue either.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this site.

Its basically a scam. If you try to deposit without doing the KYC you get perma banned and you wont ever see the money again even if they say they sent a refund. Just play on diffrent sites.

I was hacked with 2000 coins in my account, thankfully withdrawal was on manual hold so I contacted support ant they said to change password put 2fa to protect account and do kyc, and they said after I do kyc all 2000 holded coins will be refunded back to my account after kyc, so I trusted them I did kyc and got permanently banned but after chatting with support I was unbanned and the worst part the 2000 coins was sent to hacker adress immediately after kyc was approved, they said it not gonna happen but it did, I conacted support yesterday about this situation they said it was my fault but it’s 10000% procent their fault because they promised me that coins withdrawal will be canceled even got photos of chat with support agent Lara, and today also contacted support but waiting from 11am answer from admin but still no answer….
