Very professional and sympathetic and very understanding they follow the Quran and Sunnah. And they are extremely helpful. May Allah reward this company and especially Mr. Azeem who really does the extra mile in helping us in time of grief.

The brothers running the set up were very helpful and very informative. They were really good at explaining the process and gave options accordingly. They dealt with everything smoothly from picking up until burial.

Hi my name Samantha plimmer, Recently I had a bereavements in my family my mother passed away, she had accept islam we Approached several mosque to see if they could fulfill our requirements which was to have a Muslim funeral burial and Janaza and an English service to cater for both side of the family the Muslim and non Muslim ,every mosque wouldn't accept this requirement until we found csma Birmingham who went above and beyond to fulfill all the requirements that I wanted for both side of my mom family ,they helped with everything for the funeral service Organizing and provide a free Muslim funeral service which I would like to take this opportunitie to thank them very much for the service they gave to me at this very sad time it is very important to cater for every faith so everyone has there grieving Process as we all human beings thank you so much

This is a service that is so helpful during such a hard time. The experience was 10/10 highly recommend.

All the presenters were very informative and had a special air of kindness about them and you feel their love of what they do for the sake of Allah. The lady presenter for the women was charismatic as she informed the ladies with a sense of humor. In the men's section the presenters worked
well with the YCA Iman

It was good they had slides for the main ptesentation and took the intiative to bring their own projection equipment.

In terms of technical presentation at this location...I think it would have been better to have used the local TV system so the images would have been clearer for both men and women. Checking out the best use of microphones ahead of time would add another small step of professionalism when presenting.

The initial slide presentation was informative. It might be reduced by cutting some of the repetitive bullet points.

And once slides are enhanced, then a link could be provided where they could be downloaded by attendees who are interested.

These are just some small suggestions that might help bring such a loving presentation to the next level as part of a continuous improvement program.

The most powerful part of the workshop is the kindness of the presenters and the love of what they do for others for the sake of Allah

The Ghusl demo could be enhanced with slides to accompany the demo.
