Recently contacted CSMA after going through some hard times, they were very understanding and professional, from the first phone call they take all the stress away from your head, what Azeem and his team are doing is truly inspiring. Thank you brother may Allah give you and your team reward in this world and in Akhirah.

My beautiful beji passed away and we were having issues in getting the coroners to sign the death certificate due to the fact that there was a high number of deaths. Alhamdulillah, after speaking to brother Azeem, he helped us get my beji back really quickly in within 3 days and we have now finally returned her to Allah. Azeem is very kind and helpful brother and me and my whole family are giving him so many duas.

Azeem Suleman is a very polite and helpful brother. I phoned the brother when we were having difficulties with the process and the brother made everything easy. From getting the release forms to the burial.

I’m not quite sure where to begin......I lost my dear uncle may Allah sbt have mercy on him and all who have passed away, unfortunately due to a uncommon illness, his case was referred to the coroners. I found myself in an extremely stressful situation waiting for someone to get in touch with me from anywhere to let me know what was happening. My chosen funeral directors was not CSMA Birmingham and in complete honesty I didn’t know CSMA existed before this but now I won’t ever forget them and in sha Allah will not go to anyone else. I had chosen funeral directors who were linked to the biggest mosque in Birmingham. I don’t really want to mention them by name as that’s not what I want this review to be about. However, I didn’t get any support with my case from them, leaving me to assume this is normal. I would assume most people like myself who haven’t had to deal/arrange a funeral for many years, would not know what we can possibly do or who we can approach for help. However someone I know recommended for me to get in touch with Brother Azeem Suleman of CSMA May allah sbt bless and reward the brother. The moment I did, everything by the will of Allah sbt changed. This brother works on the coroners panel so has direct contact with the coroner and even though he was not my chosen funeral director and even after me making him aware that because I have already committed to another funeral director on this occasion I can’t change to CSMA. The brother still continued to strive and support me with the release of my dear uncles body only for the sake of Allah sbt. He emailed the coroner while I was CCed into emails making me aware of the situation we was in. He convinced the coroner to make my uncles case into a priority case moving from 50th in line to first in line. If it wasn’t for this I was looking at approximately another months delay. He then filed for a burial order on my behalf, I didn’t even know I could, which ensured a swift release of my uncles body, had it not been for this I was looking at another month on top of what would have been a month delay already. I can’t thank this brother enough, may allah sbt reward him in this life and the next. I personally wouldn’t go to anyone else. Genuinely experienced the beauty of Islam and Muslim values while dealing with this brother at CSMA. I can go on all day praising and recommending this brother and organisation as there was so much things he did and time he gave to help me and explain things to me. I can’t speak highly enough of brother Azeem Suleman and CSMA Birmingham. Please guys, for your benefit and that of your loved ones. Use CSMA.
