We have been waiting to get a new date for fitting as our previous date was cancelled. After many unanswered phone calls we called down to the site yesterday to be informed by reception that the company has ceased trading and has been liquidated.

Similar to previous review. Ive had 2 fitting dates that haven't happened. Cant get through on phone and website down. emailed with no response. Paid £1k deposit in June! Feels like they have gone bust to me

I have been ringing the shop for the past week no answer I went up to the work shop yesterday its closed the where two othere people waiting to see Mick they are waiting for there doors to be fitted they have not heard from mick my doors sould off been fitted today he never turn up I would like to know if anyone as heard from Mick I have payed a big deposit

CSM came and measured up for 10 new doors nearly 3 months ago. The measuring was pushed back on 2 occasions, and finally carried out.

It has been 9 and a half weeks, I am still waiting on a quote. When chasing the quotation, I have been asked yet again, how many bathroom doors do I have, and the colour, finish and style etc. This was reiterated when the doors were measured up - surely if you have kept a record of the sizes, you would have noted down the colour, style and number of bathroom doors needed.

Took my business to another local firm who actually bother to quote for works.

Absolutely fantastic service from this company , I was ringing around every door company in the area trying to locate a certain door , and the only response that I was getting was , not a chance mate , out of stock mate , then I came across CSM Doors , the lady that answered the phone , Michelle , said sorry that door is out of stock at the moment but I can ring around our supply chain for you , I was so surprised at the amount of time that was spent by Michelle in attempting to locate the door for me , she eventually located the door and the order was placed , as soon as it was ready they rang me to arrange delivery for the next day, after ringing around 6 other door suppliers and just being told ‘out of stock’ I wish that I had rang CSM Doors first , good old fashioned service from a company well on top of the game

I bought two internal doors and had them fitted from going to pick the doors to fitting everything was so professionally dealt with carnt be happier with the service I received thank you Michelle

Absolute sham of a company run by incompetent people Mike & Michelle. Do not trust a word they try and make you believe. I am a tradesman who used this company three times. Every time problems occurred. Completely regret giving them the benefit of the doubt. They’ve also tried to blame me for there mistakes. Unprofessional company only still going because I’m guessing no other company in the northwest provide the shaping service. Tell nothing but lies so please trust me when I say they are not worth the headache.

Brilliant service. From choosing the doors to measuring and then fitting we could not have had a better experience. We had 16 doors fitted within 5 hours because they had been measured so accurately using the electronic measuring system.

We ordered a set of new doors and were told that we would have them Fitted in 6 weeks.
After 7 weeks we got a call to say that they don’t have the doors. Their supplier doesn’t have the doors. In fact the doors are on a ship somewhere. A ship that has to stop off at several other countries on the way and we were given a new date of late October.
We were so looking forward to getting these doors but we had no choice but to ask for our deposit back. October could have turned into Christmas.
I wish we had read other reviews. This behaviour is not uncommon with this company.

Can’t recommend CSM doors enough. Great advice from Michelle when we first visited, the digital measuring and fitting service is a must. Doors come fully prepared with door furniture already on, we had 7 doors fitted in 2 hours, the fitters Ben and Mike were great, virtually no mess and all cleaned up before they left. Excellent company

Fantastic company. Fitters did a first class job and were very friendly and polite, as were Michelle and Mike. Very very pleased.

Recently had doors fitted by CSM Doors and we love them.....from start to finish the service we received was first class. This company has revolutionised door hanging as all the prep work is done in the factory. We were so impressed from the first visit to the final fitting of the doors.......great concept which is very unique.

We were told about csm doors and decided to go and see them. We chose the doors, handles etc then arranged for them to measure up.
Before they came out to measure we read some reviews Whoops they had a few bad reviews and we started to think twice !!!!
Because we got a recommendation we thought we’d talk to them when they came out.
We were told the truth !!!! They said they got themselves into a situation were they took to much on and could fulfil all orders and were chasing to catch up. We’d all take the extra work as we all want to earn more. Course we do. They realised the problems and sorted themselves out.
No to our doors.
OMG happy isn’t the word. They came and went without any mess whatsoever ! The doors look superb. The fitters who came out were gentlemen and very polite at all times.
If your looking for new doors go and see Michelle, she’s major helpful and she’ll sort everything out for you.

9 doors fitted in less than a day. Incredible.

We were very happy with the customer service, fitting and finish of our doors from CSM. We took several weeks and quotes before we settled on our doors and the staff were very patient and helpful as we made our choice. It took just 4 weeks from order to fitting. Our joiner Micheal was a fantastic young man and a credit to the company. Five doors fitted in 3 hours with minimal mess due to digital measuring system.
