I've ordered a few different items from them. They arrived every time before expected. I've had the company reach out to see if I'd be interested in a new item they're promoting. If I wasn't interested, they didn't try to pressure me. They was just happy with informing me what was available. I recently purchased the Mayflower quarters and now I'm automatically enrolled in the quarter program. I don't have to go looking elsewhere for the upcoming releases. I also found their prices were much better than other TV coin shows. I buy knowing I'm getting exactly what I order.

Decent deals once in a while. Prices on certain things are wicked high. Do your homework. The most annoying thing is about the tracking of your package or projected ship dates. Example is ,,,say you order something off the website that you saw on tv. You think you’ll get it in a couple weeks. No, takes months sometimes. And more aggravating is they never show you expected ship dates on your account online.. they really need to fix that. If I pay 300 dollars for coins I wanna know when I’m getting them or at least know the status of the order..

I ordered the .5gram bar and 2months have gone by and still nothing

Ive been buying from CSNmint for a few years now. The website make selections simple and billing and customer service has been exemplary.
There's 3 places I buy coins and bullion from and this is one of the better option providers.

I ordered a significant amount of coins based on the fact that I would have them relatively soon not two weeks not four weeks not six weeks. Then they tell me now it’s at least six weeks to eight weeks and they’ve charged me quite a bit of money, they should not be charging any money until they have the coins in hand and are ready to ship unless they expressly indicate it’s a pre-sale situation not satisfied once coins are delivered. Will unlikely buy from them again.

CSN Mint is just O.K. They list items as "in stock" and then shipment is 4 to six weeks later. Why is that? If you like to receive your purchases while you are still young go somewhere else.

A longtime viewer and buyer. A good resource for staying current on coin industry. A legitimate business that provides the product that is marketed. Price is reasonable but not always the lowest.

Terrible experience. Purchased limited addition 250 anniversary liberty bell numbered coins during a Saturday live event. Months later I was sent plain coins and was told in an email they ran out of the 250 liberty bell. No reduction in cost or refund in the cost. Then this week 5 months later I received an email stating they have the Liberty coins back in stock if I want to purchase them. Total bait & switch scam. I also email CSN about this and have yet to hear back.

I have stopped ordering any coins from CSNmint. First of all the costs are typically significantly more expensive on CSN than you can find on EBay. I also placed very early pre-orders on CSN for 1776-2026 Proof Silver Eagle and 2026 Silver Eagle coins at a good price. As the price of silver went up rapidly over the period of time, I feel that they substituted a cheap alternate that I received. I returned these coins, leading to my comment that I will no longer order from CSNmint.

The personal service is just that. Personal. Very knowledgeable about what I am looking for and smart enough to understand the person they are dealing with. That to me is very important. Thank you

My Rep. Jarrod has been a great deal of help with my choices and most of my purchases, even when unexpected situations come around and I am either into the particular offers or not but it's a good thing to know what are the hottest things up for sale. I am also going to ask you a question about my orders for the 2-Rolls of Quarter's 1D&1P and the 1/2 Dollar Rolls of both D&P minting, and I have the 1st chance to buy the next Set's of the next Rolls of Both Quarter's and Half Dollars,and so on throughout this year. Anyway I have yet to receive my orders from last month? I hope they are on their way, and another thing to Open up these Rolls to inspect all the coins in both Quarter's and Half Dollars does it effect the way they can be either sold or graded. The opening of the Rolls and Handling the coins with rubber gloves on to prevent any contamination and then repack them in unique case's with the 4 different types of coins to be coming out in 2026 for visual purposes and safety, but if the coins are unrolled will it effect the worth is my question I suppose. But I am a long time customer and even viewer from the early years of Mike's Show, and to see that he and CSN is still as strong as any of the others, that just makes me wonder what is the better opportunity to do business with when it comes to Collecting coins. It's a great way to keep one's mind working and to get pieces of history and either hand to my family to be a little guardian angel to my Son and Grandson. So when I am long gone they may have the ability to have a great lives and to know that I had a little part of my family's future...

May 15, 2026. I am a new coin collector and only became interested due to our country’s 250th upcoming anniversary. I always wanted a coin, but could not afford to buy any and was not sure of the legitimacy of the numerous sellers. Then, one day, I saw a presentation for CSN by Mike Mezack! I was aware of him through HSN. I listened to his entire presentation, and afterwards went to CSN’s website and bought my very first coin! The entire process was accomplished via the website, which was easy to navigate. From that first experience, I made four more different orders, all of which have been delivered as promised and the coins are beautiful! The prices were very reasonable compared to those quoted by many other companies for the same products. Thanks to Mr. Mezack I found a trusted company in CSN and highly recommend buying their products not only for quality and pricing, but because they are proven to be a legitimate business!

I have had a great experience with CSN so far. My account manager is very responsive to my requests, even calling on Saturdays. The coins I’ve received are all as advertised. The only issue I have is having to wait for orders to be shipped, but that could mainly be my own impatience. I am usually kept up to date on when orders will be shipped and always sent tracking information.

I really like the way you can look at your purchase price and how the way your coins will look when you receive them. The coins that I have purchased so far are very nice and the communication is very good. I have purchased several different varieties of coins that I plan on leaving for my grandkids as a reminder when I am gone and maybe they will pick up the bug of coins earlier than I did because I wasn’t exposed at an earlier age. Really look forward to purchasing more coins in the future from CSN.

CSN frequently offers very competive prices, but seasoned collectors know that it is wise to shop around. Order accuracy and timely shipping are CSN strong suits. Their billing and general information emails are excellent. Collectors who closely follow U.S. Mint release dates and general news will probably find CSN telemarketing too frequent and unnecessary. I typically know what's next from the U.S. Mint as soon as coin retailers do. But, retailers rarely abide by "Please don't call me; I'll call you" requests. This is the only negative about CSN, from my experience.

They lost me as a customer… their policy is any order ships in 4-6 weeks. Last year I ordered a couple of coins from them late November. As week 6 passed and no indication that the coins were shipping, I contacted customer service. I had the order confirmation but somewhere along the line CSN screwed up the order. That’s not what lost me as a customer, screwups happen. In talking with customer service i told them i would go forward with the order if it would be shipped within the week. They refused and insisted they had the coins in stock but would not ship for 4-6 weeks. They had my money already for 6 weeks and wanted me to wait another 4-6 weeks to receive my coins… i said no thanks… and they refunded my money. This is NOT a customer oriented company in my opinion.

My recommendation is find another dealer

Contrary to the response I received from CSN Mint, this was NOT a pre-order ASE. The order was for the Ascension Island American Heritage Series Silver USA 250 Privy& the Ascension Island American Heritage Series $5 Gold USA 250 Privy. The items were in their inventory, on the date I put forth the order, and when I comtacted customer service in January they assured me the items werein stock but due to policy they items would not ship for 4-6 weeks.

You had your opportunity to make it right back in January, you chose not to do so. And now you lie and say I made a pre-order purchase, which is false, and to call you so you can make it right… nope… no thanks
