Went today to the store and I was very disappointed with the customer service. The guy wasn't interested to help at all. He said no to everything.
Very rude and unprofessional.

Staff were excellent . Knowledge of materials was amazing . Kept us right , Rick was so helpful with the order both placing it and receiving it

We have stupidly used this company twice the first time we had to wait 14 days for tiles that were meant to be sent in 2 days. I had to chase and call everyday until they arrived.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and to be fair I had to go with them again as the tiles had to match tue first order, this time I spoke to the branch manager I ordered the tiles nearly £3000 worth sent the money via online payment as they don’t take payment over the phone, then waited for my tiles….. and waited sent an email waited a bit longer, I called them 10 days later to be told sorry they had sold the tiles I had ordered and payed for to someone else and they now don’t have any in stock!

Great service and help with choosing matching tiles and all the finishing bits that I wouldn’t have thought of. Thank you.

Assistant Manager Chris at their Hull branch was very helpful when we were searching for tiles for our bathroom.

We recently visited the Inverness store on Stadium Road, and were immediately impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the gentlemen that were working on the shop floor. Whilst being on hand to answer any queries we had, they were in no way overbearing, (such as we had experienced in other stores), thus allowing us the adequate time and space to make our choices. We would highly recommend this store, and we will definitely be back in the future.

I have nothing but praise for this company. Very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Paid late on a Friday for some tiles, they rang me Monday morning to confirm order details, tiles arrived by 10:30 Tuesday morning.

I have visited CTD in Inverness on two occasions recently. On both occasions, and by two different colleagues, I was given excellent advice and assistance. On choosing tiles the guidance was to-the-point and impartial. With tools and consumables I felt that I was helped to choose items that would help me as an amateur, to achieve a professional finish without excessive costs. For a company that is obviously inclined more towards trade sales, this helpful, customer orientated approach is extremely commendable.

CTD Crawley is a great store,never been let down when needing materials,as for the men running the store Neville /Andy/Indie/and the new lad always very friendly and helpful ,
