Have been dealing with CTD for over 15 years. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Very competitive prices whether you are buying 1 tile or hundreds. Would recomend to anyone looking for tiles

Andy was always helpful and friendly. The expert knowledge was very helpful. We would always come back to CTD due to this and the competitive pricing.
All staff at the Crawley branch are very friendly and professional. Makes for a good atmosphere.

Today was our second visit to the Edinburgh Seafield store and we have yet to be approached by a member of staff ! In the 15 minutes we were there today the lady on duty chatted to another male member of staff and totally ignored us. What a difference this is from the positive experience at Topps Tiles just up the road. Really poor.

Went into store yesterday, Andrew was super helpful and made the experience extremely personable. Highly recommend him and the team for any tile needs!
Going back for the next project.

I couldn't recommend CTD Tiles enough. Andrew and the team went above and beyond at every stage. Their knowledge and passion shone through - it was a pleasure dealing with them and they made the entire experience stress-free. There's only one place I'll be buying tiles from in future.

Submitted an online query over a week ago and still no one has come back to me also attempted to call the number displayed on the website (0800 014 2994) at different times of the day during the opening hours and no answer, literally impossible to get hold of anyone.

Used the newcastle u lyme store. Staff were very helpful, and needed to return some unused product, and no problem at all. Would highly reccomend this company

I have bought tiles and trims, and ordered extra bits, they have all been very helpful throughout. I will certainly use them again should I need more tiles etc

Absolutely shocking customer service tbh no customer service at all. We looked at several tile places and we decided we like a certain tile at CTD tiles. So we ordered a sample to make sure told on a Friday that said tile will be in shop to collect on Tuesday- someone at this branch in Norwich they forgot. On the same Tuesday we reordered the said sample of tile and we were then told it’ll be ready for collection on Monday. We take another 50 mile round trip after being told the tile has arrived only to find they had ordered the wrong tile. So we headed home fuming and went to Tops Tiles who were very helpful so we ordered over £400+ worth of tiles trim etc and TOP TILES had excellent customer service- so Ctd tiles are rubbish in comparison

I needed guidance on my Kitchen project and her wealth of knowledge really shone through. Helping me narrow down my options was a huge help as I can be easily overwhelmed.
Very pleased with my choice and the price was even better than I thought it would be. Karen was very patient and kind and professional. Highly recommend.

On arrival all the staff were friendly, polite and courteous and were fantastic in helping us choose the correct materials for the required work. There were a credit to CTD Tiles, Newbury

The customer service provided by Simon @ CTD tiles, Norwich, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help me find the tiles I was looking for, gave excellent advice , placed the special order for mosaics, and arranged a delivery within a couple of days. Then, after I discovered I'd not ordered enough tiles, even came in on his day off to place the order for additional tiles, in order to have them delivered before my builder was due to leave site. Simon even called me to check the tiles had been delivered on time. Without his help, my work would have been delayed by days. For that, I cannot thank him enough.

Helpful staff at the St Albans branch and a very fine selection of tiles at a mid-price. The Arles Sea Gloss tiles installed this week are terrific.

Tiles ordered back in June, part delivery received, promises of delivery of the rest of the tiles over the coming weeks and still waiting (it's 30th August!). Promises of a full refund, never appeared!
