We've booked a string of trips with C The World and they've come up trumps each time, whether it was a safari at the other end of the world or a flight to Europe with transfer to a hotel. American friends now use C The World as well!

Claire at C The World was a star! She was so helpful and patient with all my little queries and uncertainties, and helped made sure we had a superb holiday. Totally recommended.

I was fortunate to travel to Australia twice in the last 10 months and booked through C The World on both occasions.Steve listened to what was required and diligently made the dates and budget work. He obviously has a wealth of experience as he gave me plenty of good advice whilst planning my trips. His service was friendly and very efficient, this took away a lot of stress as I knew all the areas from transport to visas had been covered.

If I'm lucky enough to have any future trips I will definitely use them again!!

Steve Giles put together an extensive programme for us involving travel to Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong covering a period of five weeks. Without fail, every element of our trip worked well, the hotels chosen were excellent and the excursions were very enjoyable. Steve was very patient in putting our programme together based upon our wish list and, given that this was our first experience of using a travel agent, we would have no hesitation in using C the World and Steve again.

Just booked our 3rd trip through the Bath office. Julie is excellent. Her knowledge cannot be faulted. Nothing is too much trouble. Just ask and it happens! She always goes the extra mile.

We we have been dealing with Carolyn for the last ten years. We have booked at least 20 holidays with her. We tend to generally want tailor made holidays often to unusual places. We usually give Carolyn a brief as to where we want to go and what we would like to do. She then comes back with a suggested itinerary which we then check out and make any adjustments. Nothing is too much trouble. The holidays are generally well organised and are of a good standard. We currently have two more holidays booked and are now planning next summers trips

We booked a trip to Australia through Steve in the Bath Office. We received excellent help and advice, particularly with overnight accommodation in Singapore. Following that experience we have booked a 6 week trip to Australia and New Zealand. Julie in the Bath Office helped us plan all the flights, overnight stops, camper van hire, car hire and a ferry crossing! Her help and advice has been invaluable!

Great service from very knowledgeable staff. Nothing get was too much trouble. They sorted my holiday in Gran Canaria with ease. I had never been there but we explored all avenues and came up with a perfect fit.

We booked our holiday to Thailand with Steve Giles at C The World, Bath Office. Steve offered excellent advice and recommendations to ensure we booked the exact holiday we wanted. Looking forward to popping in again to book our next trip.

We got home yesterday at about 10.30am, all a bit tired but very happy after a really great holiday.
Hotel Le Victoria was lovely with such friendly and helpful staff, our family suite was huge and ticked all the boxes.
We loved Mauritius and made sure we spent some time looking around the island as well as enjoying the beach and water sports.
One top tip for the future I would heartily recommend is a visit to the Horse Racing in Port Louis on Saturday; we had
a brilliant time losing money!
The water sports on offer were all great, but we especially enjoyed the snorkelling as we saw so many tropical fish. We did the Dolphin trip and swam with Spinner Dolphins in the wild near Flic en Flac; again another brilliant thing to experience.

All in all we had a fantastic holiday and have come home reluctantly!
We have already promised ourselves another visit in the future at some point; maybe in 2 or 3 years. The kids want to go over Christmas and New Year to see what their summer is like!
