A BRILLIANT HOLIDAY,.. massive THANK YOU to Hannah Ball + team for the arrangements and their attention to detail. Our recent family holiday to Pine Cliffs surpassed expectations ,.. , the transfers work smoothly ,the resort was relaxing and great fun , excellent facilities, helpful staff, allowing us all to chill out and spoil ourselves , spot on.

We've just returned from our first holiday booked with Jules at Flagstone.

We had a lovely holiday where everyone was catered for, the accommodation was perfect, everywhere you looked was clean and we had plenty of space. The transfers were extremely convenient, our flight out was delayed, followed by a long delay at Crete airport when the baggage carousel broke down; our driver was a much needed friendly face after a long day of travel. The whole booking process was really easy with Flagstone, they sorted out all the transfers and all the extra baby equipment we needed with the hotel so everything was set up on our arrival.

We're just back from our 3rd skiing holiday arranged by Flagstone Travel. Sarah has been fantastic and yet again has produced a seamless and memorable holiday for our family. Despite our many questions and queries Sarah is always available and provides a prompt answer/solution which takes all the stress out of it. I have recommended Flagstone to family and friends.

Sarah, Anna and the team at Flagstone were superb in organising our holiday to Domes of Elounda in Crete. They thought of everything we needed for our family trip with two children under two, before we had thought of it ourselves. We were in need of a break and they gave us so much peace of mind which is so valuable as new, busy parents. We are immediately looking at booking our holiday with them again next year!

Great experience with Hannah booking an all-inclusive multi-generational family holiday in Greece this past summer. Hannah shared several options with us when I first explained what we were after and was always on hand and responsive to any queries we had ahead of the trip.

We have booked through Sarah at Flagstone two times now and will use her again for our next holiday. We recently had an amazing family holiday on domes of elounda, Crete. Sarah was amazing with our booking…taking into account our children’s ages she had a pool fence, toddler steps and toddler safety rails in our rooms all set up. She really goes above and beyond to meet all your needs.

We had a great experience booking our trip to Crete through Jules at Flagstone. She helped us find a hotel that was suitable for us with two young boys and got us a good rate with the airport transfer all organised. She arranged for everything we needed for the kids to be in the room and was on hand for any questions. Would use Flagstone again, thanks for a great trip!

Nothing was too much bother for Flagstone who were fantastic at booking our holiday and sorting teething issues with the hotel when they occurred. From initially thinking about booking our holiday to getting home the Flagstone travel team have been amazing! Sarah found us the perfect holiday at Domes of Elounda and kept an eye out for our preferred flight times so we could secure those. In the weeks leading up to our trip Sarah shared lots of useful information and answered all my questions so that we set off on our first big abroad holiday with our daughter feeling excited and prepared! I cannot recommend them enough.

Booking with Flagstone and Sarah was the best customer service I have ever received when booking a ski trip! Sarah offered excellent service and advice and helped us book a fantastic trip to Val d'Isere, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much, Flagstone is a definite recommendation from me!
