Sarah was extremely helpful in planning and booking our club med ski holiday. I felt like I didn't have to worry about a thing and she got us a very competitive quote! She helped with booking ski gear and was easy to get in touch with if needed. I would definitely use her services again!

Sarah helped us organise a big trip to Morocco on fairly short notice, she was very friendly and quick to get things sorted for us! Very grateful for all the support we received from her and Flagstone throughout the last few years.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, pre children I would not necessarily have used a travel agent but we have booked several holidays with Sarah now and wouldn’t use anyone else.

We wouldn’t usually book through a travel agent, we never thought it necessary, but then we had kids and the pressure to find something great for us, as well as for a toddler and baby was too much. Thankfully Sarah at Flagstone Travel knew exactly what we needed / wanted. Our holiday was magical, well as magical as it could be with 2 young children!

We have recently returned from our first trip arranged and booked through Flagstone Travel and after such a wonderful experience are already looking to book an other holiday with them for next year! Sarah and Anna were brilliant in arranging every detail of our holiday from the airport transfers with car seats for the children), to advising on restaurant bookings, kids club and spa bookings. They also arranged for things I wouldn’t have thought to ask for at the hotel such as a potty, toddler stool in the bathroom, bed guard rails etc.
We will definitely be using Flagstone Travel again in the future and many thanks again for both Sarah and Anna for all of their help.

We were hugely grateful for Sarah and her team's help in arranging our recent holiday to Domes of Elounda. Having their expert knowledge was a huge bonus in terms of securing the perfect accommodation and best rates. They were really helpful with any questions we had pre-holiday, and everything we asked for was delivered (e.g. transfer with appropriate car seats). The holiday was a huge success and everyone only had positive things to say, Flagstone's service was wonderful - nothing was too much trouble for Sarah. The chalet and services included were incredible (having a concierge with a driver was a lovely touch!) and the hosts were also amazing! This is not our first trip with Flagstone and won't be our last!

We recently booked another holiday with Anna at Flagstone Travel, but this time long haul to the Dominican Republic and can't recommend them highly enough.

They made the whole process effortless which we were very thankful for, travelling with a young toddler and also being 4 months pregnant myself.
