A bad experience. They tried to deduct £49.50 from my credit card also, on numerous occasions. My credit card company denied the transactions. I have notified this company that I intend to report them. AVOID.

I made a 10p (£) payment to enhance one image. suddenly a couple of hours later i was charged 49.90£ no email confirmation nothing. when i checked the ctools.ai account to see if i have actually subscribed, i had no subscribtions. as soon as i mailed them about the fraud the subscription of 49.90 miraculously appears. why would i pay 49.90 to subscribe to them when canva is far far cheaper and provide so much more services. OBVIOUS FRAUD. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO ALL THE FRAUD BUREAUS IN THE UK. BEWARE OF COMPANIES LIKE THIS

This company are cheating fraudsters. They hoodwink dyslexic people like me who do not read all of their terms and conditions and then plunder your bank account! Buyer beware!

Today I encountered a deduction in my account for the subscription in ctool.ai wherein I’m sure I’m not subscribed, amounting to 899 pesos. Last night I remembered they charge me 1 peso to access their link but then I make sure to unsubscribe. I reached them out thru email but the response is to unsubscribe my account, but there’s no account to unsubscribe because non of my accounts is subscribed, they don’t even attend to my request for refund 😔.

I have same experience paying 1 peso the being charged of 888

SCAM! I used ctool ai once then they asked me to pay 1 peso so I can view the result, I did not like it so I closed the app. A DAY AFTER, they charged me 899! I sent them emails for the refund but they just tell me to unsubscribe and no refunds after the trial period, 1 day a trial period?! Do not use this scam app!

You don't even deserve a mere 1 star.
I was charged ₱539 without any notice or consent for a service I only used months ago at ₱1 per edit. This is not just misleading—it’s truly a scam. Refund me immediately or I will take legal and official action. Absolutely unacceptable and unethical.

This is a scamm, avoid linking your account to this site.

I used it once and paid PHP 1 yesterday. Today, I am charged 899 and was only able to get a refund of 449. I don't remember subcribing from their website. This is such a scam. Avoid this site.

Yesterday I paid 1 peso thru gcash alipay, Today march 18 I received a message that 899 pesos was deducted from my balance. Without confirmation and now I am blocked and their customer service is not working!!!!
