I have had an excellent past year and a half with CTSkills. Not only because of the learning resources that are provided but also because of my wonderful assessor Amy Grzebisz. She is absolutely excellent at what she does providing support whenever its needed. She has been an assessor and a friend all in one and I couldn't be happier with the last year we had. I could not recommend her enough <3

I started level 2 course and was very excited until for to the second assessment with 120 pages to read and 40 questions to do that are all like 'explain 4 methods of.... and list its advantages and disadvantages... and you get 10 days to do it all. And the next assigment is in 5 days with 19 questions and it just goes on like this for 6 weeks. Its crazy, unrealistic deadlines unless you can study all day long. It just brough unnecessary stress in my life along with my full-time job and 2 young children who need homework done with them. Don't bother with this course unless you have 8 free hours a day to study.

I have nothing but praise for the support I've received from Amy during my apprenticeship. I took a break in learning but Amy still touched base with me regularly to monitor how I was doing and has always been helpful with any difficulties or problems I have experienced with regards to the workload. The apprenticeship is intense and doing this alongside a full time post is a lot of work, but Amy has always been understanding and flexible.
There are elements of the course I would improve and feel the online dashboard could be simplified and be more user friendly, but overall, it has significantly improved my skillset as a team leader.

I was signed up with this company through work to help me gain the qualifications I need. Since joining they have progressed my English, math's to level 2 and now I've gained a level 3 qualification in childcare. I can`t thank Rachel enough for the support she has given me. She has also provided me with a confidence boost if it wasn`t for Rachel believing in me when I didn't, I honestly don't think I would have gotten this far in my course. So, I`d like to thank the company for my opportunity as I'm grateful I've finally got the qualifications I needed and thankyou to Rachel for her belief and support throughout she is a credit to the company. As now for the amazing opportunity soon I`d like to take up my Level 5 and progress even more. CT skills from what I've experienced would be highly recommended if you are willing to progress and put the work in.

My experience at CT Skills has been amazing. I couldn’t fault Donna Spinks at all she’s been amazing throughout my apprenticeship and couldn’t have asked for a better assessor. She has always given me extra support whenever I’ve needed it, given me feedback which helped me massively and allowed me to continuously improve my work. She has always made me feel so comfortable on teams and in person. I couldn’t thank her enough for helping achieve my level 3.

I have had a great experience with CT Skills. I had a great tutor who was quick to respond to any queries I had and provided support all throughout my apprenticeship.

Enjoyed taking my course ( Level 3 business administration) I had support throughout my whole course duration, with guidance and education with every step of the way.

I am just about to complete my Level 5 Early years Lead practitioner course. During my time completing the course I have developed and adapted my leadership skills and ability within my role, where this has and will help me with my career progression. My Assessor Lucy Caughtry has been VERY supportive throughout offering her knowledge and guidance for tasks but also helping myself navigate difficult situations i was being faced with in my role. She was always easy to contact, with fast replies and feedback. I am very pleased with this course and how it has help me within this career sector and with myself, i would defiantly recommend this course.

I have recently completed my L2 Accountancy qualification with CT Skills, and every interaction with the staff was amazing as I was supported and managed to help me achieve a distinction. The lessons were always interactive and I felt comfortable asking for 1-2-1 help.

Just about to finish my level 5 early years lead practitioner apprenticeship! The whole course was informative and it has helped me massively to develop into a stronger leader and become more confident within my job role. My assessor Donna Weston has been very helpful, reassuring and informative from start to finish ensuring I knew exactly what I had to do for each piece of coursework and has always been on hand to help me further when needed.
I would definitely recommend this course for anyone wanting to progress further.

I had Donna Spinks as my assessor and she was AMAZING! Always offering support where I needed it and allowing me the extra time when I was finding things tough. She was so kind and an amazing assessor!!! I can’t recommend her enough!!

CT Skills overall are very helpful and very on top of any issues that may arise when signing up new trainees. Naomi who we use as an assessor for all trainees is exceptionally helpful, friendly and always on hand to answer questions or offer support to trainees or myself who mentors them. Naomi and I have made a very professional relationship where we feel supported, and nothing is too much trouble.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with C.T Skills as a training provider. From start to finish, the professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence were truly outstanding.

The apprenticeship program i was on for the level 3 business admin was exceptionally well-designed and comprehensive, covering all the essential topics and skills I needed to master. My assessor Amy Grzebisz was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, with a true talent for breaking down complex concepts into easily understandable components. Her teaching methods were engaging, interactive, and tailored to different learning styles, ensuring nothing was left behind.

What impressed me most was Amy's dedication to ensure my success. Her availability to provide extra support, clarify any uncertainties, and offer a high level of guidance! She truly went above and beyond to ensure I had all the tools and resources necessary to apply what I had learned effectively and without her I honestly wouldnt have completed this nor would i got a DISTINCTION for my overall grade!

This was A FANTASTIC oppportunity and a experience with both C.T Skills and my assessor Amy Grzebisz. I am truly grateful and humble to have learnt so much in the last 18 month or so and i really recommend C.t Skills as a training provider and also having Amy grzebisz as an assessor. Her track rexcord of success says it all.

I have been very impressed with the entire team at CT Skills. They have been very accommodating over meeting times. They have worked with the learners very closely and helped them where needed. They are always contactable. A perfect example of tutors working with learners and employers successfully. Highly recommended.

I have taken on the apprenticeship with CT Skills which I had plenty support from the provider. I want to give a great gratitude to CT Skills because despite that I had many different mentors during my course, but CT Skills always provides me the assistant and guidance they can offer and made my learning and studying much effective and constructive. And most importantly, CT Skills didn’t leave me behind or alone, they made me felt well supported. All my mentors are well trained and very contributing towards my study.

Having almost completed my Level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship with CT Skills, I am beyond grateful for the ongoing support Jo (my trainer assessor) has provided throughout. She has made each workshop engaging, ensuring I fully understand each topic before setting the homework to solidify my knowledge. Even during the more stressful on-the-job experiences, she has been there to answer any questions and reassure me. I now feel ready for any future opportunities within the Digital Marketing sector, and highly recommend apprenticeships to any individual striving to enhance their personal and professional development simultaneously.

I have just finished my Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship with CT Skills. This has been an amazing experience for me and has helped me to grow both personally and professionally.
