SCAM!!! Do not trust this company. I have a had a huge emergency and I have been trying every number they list as a contact number and I get an answering machine at every number. I’ve left several messages and sent an email. NO RESPONSE! This company is terrible and they certainly aren’t there to support you or help you. In an earlier review they responded that they are “Available 24/7” and that is a tremendous lie. I’ve wasted all day calling and calling and calling. Absolutely horrible. Use literally any other company than Cuba Travel Network!

Amazing trip to Havana
While we were in Cuba we wanted to do an internal excursion to Havana from Cayo Coco. Cuba travel network were fantastic. The three day trip was planned with Amanda who was amazing. We had return flights to Havana, a sunset vintage car tour first evening. The next day a private walking tour of old Havana and that evening a vintage car ride to club Tropicana. All transfers and tours went like clockwork, The vintage car Sunset to was a wonderful way to see Havana and then walking to the next day gave a very different aspect of the city. The staff at Cuba travel network were easily available at the end of the phone if we needed any more information. We had an absolutely brilliant time, thoroughly Recommend this company to plan your trip.

We had a fabulous tailormade trip in Cuba. The excursions, hotel / casa particulara , transfers and car rental were well organized. The suggestions for the program and route suited our interests very well, and we liked the personal touch (for example the visits of the local hosts) very much.

Cuba Travel Network Rocks!
Both travel guides, one for the 2 hour sunset tour (we saw ALL of the major highlights) and the one for our day trip to vinales valley were great, friendly, knowledgeable, spoke good English, were safe drivers. The VIP service in the airport when we arrived was well worth the money, drinks, air conditioning and expedited through customs, couldn’t have asked for anything better. I must admit it was hot. I mean what do you expect, it’s cuba in August. Hotel Sevilla was very nice and great location but I could’ve used a little better air conditioning. It wasn’t bad; it just wasn’t hace frio. :) great experience and ALL of the people at Cuba Travel Network were so helpful and responded so quickly before and after my travels. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone traveling to Cuba whether it’s your 1st time or 20th time.

Cuba Travel Network did a terrific job in planning an interesting itinerary and finding the best places to stay across the country. Well organised and clockwork execution.
During our holiday, I needed to change travel plans and CTN was very helpful and effective in making these changes.

Havana Visit
Whilst going on a holiday to the Holquin area of Cuba we were keen to visit Havana but our tour operator did not have any scheduled trips. I was keen to organise this from UK and finalise visit details/payment etc prior to our holiday, as having been to Cuba before I realised it’s not so easy to make arrangements on your own from within the country. This was when I turned to Cuba Travel Network and emailed them for help in arranging our own trip.
Amanda Maitland replied and asked if it was ok to call me to discuss what we wanted for our group of 4 adults and whilst initially I didn’t think this was necessary, once I’d spoken with Amanda and realised her local knowledge it was great to discuss various options with her. We planned the visit dates so that my husband celebrated his birthday when we were in Havana, and Amanda booked the flights, airport transfers, hotel accommodation, city tour, restaurant reservation, guides and tickets to music show at the Nacional. Everything ran smoothly - the drivers and guides all arrived on time and were excellent, and we had good communication throughout.
We really enjoyed our trip and if we return to Cuba again I would use Cuba Travel Network to arrange the whole holiday. Thank you!😊

Custom made journey to Trinidad
Diana Monzon did a great job. On my retirement trip as Captain of KLM she organized a custom made program for me.
We had a great journey to Trinidad. It was all good organized and we were very happy with our driver Julio and guide Roxanne.
The excursion to the mountains was awesome. We had great fun.
Thank you for organizing this trip. I will never forget and for sure I come back to this beautiful country.

Amazing trip to Cuba--thanks to CTN.
We just returned from a truly spectacular 7 days in Cuba--thanks to CTN. They were very knowledgeable about Cuba, so had great ideas on how to plan our time--and always had plenty of time for every question we had, whether by email or phone. Our local tour guide, Janis, was exceptional, with so much knowledge and also a willingness to answer every question, making sure we maximized our trip. And when things went a bit awry (as things can be unpredictable in Cuba), she easily sorted them out and make another plan--in combination with our great driver, Arbie. I could not imagine trying to plan such a trip without the expertise of CTN-and their organization while on the ground was just as good as their planning.

The organisation of our tour was great
The organisation of our tour was great, from all the transportation, the places we visited, the quality of the guides and drivers. It was a fun and informative 7 days and easy from the fact that we didnt have to think about or plan anything, except to decide where to have dinner!
The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the vehicle we travelled in.....I think it would be a good idea of offering clients a more comfortable vehicle...I am sure people would be prepared to pay extra for this.

Cuba Travel was a great and wonderful company to work with for my return trip to Cuba. I never thought, I would need a travel agency. However, I came across Cuba Travel while searching the web looking for trip to Varadero. Their customer service and patience with us was like no other. Amanda and her staff went out of their way to make sure our trip was perfect and flawless. Thanks to them we did not have to worry about airport transfers, hotel accommodations and transfer to Varadero. Highly recommend them.

Amazing experience.
I had an incredible trip thanks in large part to the planning of your agents. Our guide was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our driver was also wonderful, getting us in an out of tight spaces as well being patient and flexible when we wanted to stay a bit longer at a location. I have some suggestions for future travelers to Cuba. Due to unexpected shortages in Cuba, some itinerary items might not be possible. We showed up for a boat ride and there was no fuel. Also, expect to tip 1-2 CUCs per person everywhere, from the luggage handler to guides at every location and for restaurants. It is helpful to get smaller bills when exchanging money. Most importantly, the key to a successful trip is about managing expectations.
