the organisation worked well with the various representatives coming to the accommodation to greet us.
Hire car was new which worked to attract criminal element. Were pressganged into paying 250 CUC when tyre was let down and had to buy back tyre. Your rep, Floor was very helpful on this occasion
All accommodations were in good spots and comfortable.
The jeep safari ad walk to Fidels's commando post from Santiago back tracked us to Bayama over a bad road. Would have been better if excursion was organised from Bayama and saved us 4 extra hours in a car.
The return address on the car voucher was wrong and should be corrected. The rep sent us to the wrong address that was on the voucher as well. He should know better.
Your rep in Santiago told us to wait in the local flights waiting room rather than go to the international departure.

Overall we were pleased with the experience and have recommended to friends.

Milan from Amsterdam office helped us with our itinerary and the required bookings. All Hotels and Casas were great! Even the 14 day car rental was very good!

During our 19 day Tour we met Alex in Havana, Flor in Trindad and Fernando in Santiago. They were very helpful explained everything in detail about our trip. We were treated as VIP's at the airport upon arrival and departure, thanks to Manuel!

I would recommend your service to everyone visiting Cuba.

Just 2 words, absolutely perfect! Not one travel agency could provide us a package for 2 weeks in Cuba with a car for one week at the dates we wanted for special reasons. Only Cuba travel Network was able to do it. We tried and we have been absolutely satisfied. From the begining with a VIP reception till the end. All choices made by CTN were gorgious, Hotels and casa particulars are very nice, well located clean and confortable and casa particulars owners are really wonderful people, warm and caring and also very good cooks. Now about CTN staff, many thanks to Daniel who prepared for us this marvellous trip and many thanks to the Cuba team, to Daniel who took care of us at the airport from the arrival to the departure, many thanks to Deisy who came and saw us on the 1st day at the Elegance suite Habana (very nice place) to explain all what we had to know and to Floor whom we met in Trinidad for the same purpose.And thanks to all the team as we know others worked also for us;
In brief we have been absolutely delighted with our trip, we loved Cuba and CTN played a big part in that. Your destination is Cuba ? Do not hesitate, CTN is the right choice

Thank you to all the Team Members of Cuba Travel Network. Amanda arranged an amazing one week itinerary for us. There was one problem with transportation from a local agency and the team worked hard to solve the problem.

The hotels were as Amanda had described them, the tour guides all spoke very good English and Cuban people are wonderful hosts!

Cuba Travel Network made our trip to Cuba a dream come true. From the moment I contacted this agency, they listened to our hopes for a great trip then planned an amazingly seamless perfect vacation. We had a wonderful mix of seeing historical sites, Havanna, and the natural beauty of around the island of Cuba. We toured an organic tobacco farm, rode a boat in a remote cave and stayed at a resort on a breathtaking beach. The staff met us at the airport, helped coordinate a speedy entry through customs, arranged for us to get an advance on pocket money, and aranged all transportation to and from our hotel. The hotels, and tours were absolutely first class. To our surprise, we were met at the airport upon on our departure to assist with our departure and customs. I have shared the amazing feats this team from Cuba Travel Network accomplished to make our trip truly memorable. They found my daughter's lost luggage, when the airline would not help, then managed to transport it to our hotel three hours away from the airport. If I could, I would give them 10 stars, not just five, to emphasize how this company went the extra mile to make our trip exceptional. They listened, communicated well, kept us organized and prepared for the trip. They are honest, caring and seem to love their job!!

Thank you Cuba Travel Network for all your support. We have had a great time in Cuba. Thank your support and help during our trip. A shout out to Deisy for informing us about the baseball game in Havana. And to Raoul who was very helpful when we had problems with our car. The mixture of our stays in hotels and Casa Particularis was a great way to experience Cuba. We will definitely recommend you if people want to go to Cuba.

Our two-week holiday in Cuba couldn't have been better. Cuba Travel Network has been continuously supporting us and providing information whenever we needed. We've been working closely together on deciding the final plan and route before travelling and our inputs, needs and feedback have been always considered. Having a 24/7 local support team in Cuba was extremely important and helpful, because not only were we greeted on our arrival, but also they were there for us, whenever we needed their support. Luckily and happily, almost everything went as planned during two weeks, except for some small inconveniences caused by a transfer provided by the local transport company, but the agency reacted promptly, found a convenient solution for us and we were satisfied with that. We had a circuit and we are extremely happy to say now that we didn't go wrong by opting for different types of accommodation, from Casas Particulares to hotels and/or resorts. We couldn't have experienced Cuba in a better way. Very friendly and professional staff, always ready to help and trustworthy. If we are to go to Cuba again, we will definitely contact you. We had a wonderful vacation in Cuba. It was all very good organized by the Cuba travel netwerk team. We did stay 3 weeks in Cuba. The Cuba travel netwerk team made the reservations for the casa partiularas and hotels. It were all beautiful hotels and casa partiularas. With very friendly owners. The Cuba travel netwerk team gave very good advice about the beautiful spots to visit en where to stay. The rent of the car was also very good organized by Cuba travel netwerk. The help of the Cuba netwerk team on the airport was also very nice. Also the taxi from the airport to the casa partiulara / casa partiulara airport was very good organized by the Cuba travel netwerk. It was also nice that the Cuba netwerk team came to visite us at the first en fifth casa partiulara to check if everything was allright and to answer our questions. We had 1 problem with the car, the Cuba travel netwerk team did help us wonderful. Cuba travel netwerk team: thank you for this very, very nice vacation. And Cuba is a wonderful country. We had a limited time in Cuba. However, the itinerary proposed suited the details we had provided. All the reservations were made and communicated well. The CTN representative greeted us at the airport. He later contacted us as a timing had slightly changed. Good, warm, friendly service. Thank you CTN. My husband and I had an excellent experience with Cuba Travel on our recent trip to the Island. All transfers were punctual, the vehicle and driver for our Havana/Trinidad trip were excellent and having Floor meet us at our Casa and arrange a local tour was an unexpected bonus. I booked my trip to Cuba with Cuba Travel Network. It has been a great experience. From selecting the destinations in Cuba, to hotel recommendations and guidance during the trip, everything was excellent!
Cuba Travel Network put together a fit for purpose program, matching my ‘wishlist’, timelines and making sure I wasn’t missing out on any of the highlights in Cuba. During the trip they are there to help out and ensure that you have a great time. Excellent customer service and very experienced staff sharing do’s and dont’s in Cuba.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT book anything through this company!! I would give them 0 stars if it would let me, I reserved 2 cars in April of this year for a trip in July, when I arrived to Via Terminal 3 to pick up the cars the attendant told me with a straight face that there wasn't any reservation under my name and that there were NO CARS available, he didn't even take the time to look at my vouchers; he proceeded to tell me that there were 6 people waiting in line for cars!!!! I couldn't even believe what he was telling me, I was traveling with my 2 kids, one of them being 7 months!! I was very upset and will never again book anything through this company!! Please save your money and time, don't book with them!

Cuba travel network has been one of the best experiences that I had with a travel agency, they have followed us in every step we made in Cuba always taking care that we had the information that we needed in order to enjoy our holidays. I wuould suggest anyone to use them as travel agency.

CTN is a reliable travel org. All our booked services stood up to our expectations. Special thanks to the local people. They took good care of us and helped us in a outstanding way. Our contact with the Dutch based organisation was also very good. Not standard, always thinking in the customers mind.

The trip arranged was exactly as I requested. I was travelling independently with a 9 year old and a 1 year old but wanted some adventure

Bad experience with them. We bought 9 flight tickets and they didn't got the info properly to the airline. We were traveling with a kid and she didn't get a seat. Trying to get the money back... they disappear of course.

Mala experiencia. Compramos 9 vuelos y la informacion no fue traspasada correctamente a la aerolinea. Falto el asiento de una niña.
Tratando de recuperar el dinero del ticket.... y obviamente ellos no contestan nunca más los mails.
