I ended up on this site accidentally. But they agreed to cancel the account immediately.

This site is fraudulent; it asks you to subscribe to a membership and then it's over. It's a deceptive site. You really shouldn't order from this site because afterwards you can't get a refund.

I only have good things to say about this company great cuatomer service and from start to finish good communication helping me with a solution thank you would deffinently reccommend this company james b

I never intended to connect to Cubdressy; I simply responded to a survey by TotalEnergie. I therefore consider this action fraudulent and abusive.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Charges you for a subscription even though cancelled in trial period
Then renews subscription for different amount
Does not refund charges

I had a major problem with money going out of my account without my knowledge. I never purchased anything but browsed on FB reels and seemed to have subscribed to something. But after emailing and contacting my bank, the issue was resolved, emerald asked if I would write a review saying the issue was sorted

After accidentally signing up, Claire was super attentive and submitted a refund as all was an error. Thankyou.

This company is very honest i had a few problems the company were very quick to resolve this

Purchased an item via TikTok ad - once payment received informed I had bought a voucher and subscription to the site.

I emailed straight away requesting refund - they have cancelled subscription (no doubt they would have kept charging for) but are so far refusing to refund.

Avoid!! I'd leave no stars if I could.
