We have been with Cube for over a year now and they have provided an excellent service. They know what they're talking about and have advised us on many situations in that year. Cube, for us, is like a comfort blanket to always know we're doing the right thing for our employees. I started my new role in October and the company I work for already used Cube HR. I had a disciplinary query and was signposted to Claire @ Cube, she was very helpful and put me on the right track to deal with the issue in the most professional manner. I feel confident that I can always phone to them with any disciplinary or grievance related issues and they will always deal with my query promptly.
They have also helped to write the staff contracts for the company and provided templates to invite employees to the disciplinary process.
We recently enquired about some HR training and Claire was happy to put something together for us. Although I had some knowledge of the procedures, I found the course to be very eye opening and full of useful information to avoid being taken to tribunal.
I would highly recommend the services of Cube HR and that any management take part in the HR Masterclass course.

I tried Cube HR based on the their customer reviews and I can honestly say I was not disappointed. Claire was amazing, straight talking, professional, knowledgeable in her field, exactly what you would want from a fellow HR colleague to top it off she completed the HR issue I had (re a redundancy appeal) within 24 hours.

Over time during my career HR has always fallen to myself to deal with. For many years we dealt with one of the market leaders, on many occasions I believe the hoops we were required to jump through escalated tensions affecting the whole team, eventually enough was enough and we terminated the contract when it came up for renewal.
Having been fortunate enough to meet Lisa through a business forum, CubeHR came to mind when we were unfortunately left with little option but to go through a redundancy procedure. During this process the care and consideration we were able to offer the staff involved, at a time when feelings were running high, was in no small part due to the humanitarian way CubeHR operate. As a business coach helping business owners grow their businesses, by default my HR knowledge Is above average but this represents nothing compared to CUBE HRs knowledge and experience. Lisa and Claire’s style is direct and no-nonsense but with real care for people. The level of knowledge regarding legal, regulatory and procedural issues is awesome, but in all cases laser guided by what is absolutely right and just.
I attend Lisa’s Masterclasses to keep up to date with all things HR since there is nothing else with the same level of knowledge or quality of delivery. I would personally recommend CUBE both i) if you have current HR issues, and ii) if you would prefer never to have any HR issues in the future.

I attended a Cube HR Masterclass to help me as a small employer. Lisa has such energy and passion she is easy to learn from. She covered all key HR areas while telling great stories to keep it interesting. She mixed it up with group exercises which were really practical. And the food was good too!
