Katarina and the team have been incredible through the long and often complicated process of selling our flat in Reigate. They have been patient, and the right amount of flexible yet forceful when needed. They are also fantastic communicators. We got lots of updates when we were on the market and they were super proactive with getting us viewings. Particularly compared to other estate agents we have been with before. Once we were in the process of selling the support didn't stop, it was truly brilliant. We really appreciate all the effort that went into this sale and would 100% recommend them to anyone selling in Reigate!

Katie Sheridan (Chichester branch) and her team were very helpful in guiding us through the process of tenants leaving and marketing for new tenants. They are professional and have expertise in their area which is invaluable to us as first time landlords.

I am disappointed with the property management service I received. As part of the service charge, I understand that an annual property inspection is included. However, when the inspection was due, the agent informed me that they were unable to access the property and asked the tenant to record a video instead.
I do not believe a tenant-recorded video is an adequate substitute for a professional inspection carried out by the agent. The purpose of paying for an inspection service is to have an independent assessment of the property's condition.
I would appreciate an explanation as to why the inspection was not completed by the agent and whether any refund or compensation will be provided for the inspection service that was not delivered.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with the handling of this matter and hope the company will improve its service in the future.

We have been dealing with a lovely lady called Lilly Palmer, we are in the process of relocating from East Sussex to Hampshire, and selling our flat to my brother. Lilly has been super responsive with emails, always happy to talk on the phone and when our mortgage advisor let us down with linking us up with their solicitors, Lilly was quick to act and hook us up with their in house solicitors and mortgage advisors so we didn't loose our dream house.

Thomas Goodchild did an excellent job mediating between myself and a difficult tenant as they were leaving the property. He was very prompt in dealing with all email correspondence and also telephone calls. I was especially pleased with the contractual advice that he provided.

Excellent experience, agents listened well to what we were looking for. It was a very pernal approach and they would only offer viewings for houses that really matched our criteria. Alia was also really kind and available to arrange viewings at very short notice.

The experience of dealing with this firm was great in every way possible. After our dreadful experience with another letting firm in the area, it was a question of 'chalk and cheese'. The letting team of Ciaron and Ava in their Brighton, Lewis Road letting branch, was exemplary in every possible way. They both responded clearly to our many questions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made our letting process a pleasure. As I am writing this review for 'Trustpilot' the only negative thought I have is their star grading system where five stars is the highest one can go. If I were able I would go way beyond the five stars. A massive 'Thank you' to both Ciaron and Ava. The firm of Cubitt and West has wonderful reviews on 'Trustpilot' and those reviews are entirely merited.

As a first time buyer, it's been a daunting process, but the team at Cranleigh have been an amazing resource of information with great communication. While the property itself unfortunately didn't work out, I would have no hesitation in using Cubitt and West to buy or sell in the future.
Hannah and Rhys especially were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and hands down the best estate agents we've delt with so far in our journey.

Marc Steel is the best property manager i have ever come across in the 30 years of renting. He has been so considerate and supportive all the way through the 3 years tenancy. If you ever have him as a manager you have hit the jackpot. His compansion, understanding and straight honesty is second to none.

It was time again to renew our mortgage after the first 2 years had been completed.
Fortunately I had Jo Willans, from the Mortgage Matters Team in Worthing on had to advise and guide me through the processes.
Jo is an exceptionally talented and knowledgeable Senior Mortgage Advisor, her patience and understanding put my mind at rest as we ploughed through the options available. Needless to say we sorted the best deal to move forward as we strive to become the owners of our home.
