I recently completed a property sale through the Emsworth office and wanted to share how impressed I was with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was handled with a level of professionalism, clarity, and care that genuinely set this team apart.
A special mention must go to Julie Bramble, whose support made a real difference. Julie was consistently proactive, keeping me fully informed at every stage and ensuring I always understood the next steps. Her communication was clear and timely, and she balanced friendliness with absolute professionalism. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her attention to detail gave me real confidence throughout the transaction.
What stood out most was Julie’s ability to anticipate potential issues before they became problems, guiding the process smoothly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a personable approach, and it made the entire experience far less stressful than I expected.

When i moved into my current property it had issues, quite bad ones and the person who was dealing with the maintenance didnt actually do his job, he found excuse after excuse and thats how it was for 6 weeks, then I requested someone else take over from this person who just sat on his hands, i was passed onto a lovely lady, shame I cannot name names, but she is incredible, she got things done, no excuses, no sitting around and she actually phoned me back with updates, I just want to say a big thank you to this person (B***a), you are fantastic at your job, very professional, fast to get things done, no BS, here's your flowers 💐🌹 by the way, thank you for everything you have done, all issues resolved, your amazing 😊

John O'Neill was great - very professional, well prepared and thought out presentation and comparison with other properties which helped us understand the valuation clearly. Also, he was smartly dressed!

I was kept well informed with great communication, this together with helpful and friendly service made the whole experience efficient and stress free. I would definitely recommend.

Katarina was very knowledgeable and professional. She was helpful and the Reigate branch covers all the buying, selling and letting of properties expertly.

Alia and Jemma were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond the service required, they were a calming influence when things got stressful for me, they were always at the end of the phone to answer my queries. When Alia and Jemma were not around Marion was also there to help. Not forgetting Jo Leaver who helped me start the whole process of selling my home and making me feel at ease.

Id recommend Cubitt and West for anyone wanting to sell their home. The whole team went above and beyond to make the experience as stress free and as positive as possible for my elderly mum. They couldn't of done more to support her and even going beyond their job description to help her organise and fill in paperwork. Truly a 5* service where kindness wasnt just because they were being paid. Honestly wonderful human beings.

I didn't originally go with Cubitt and West as Jayde, Manager at the Redhill office, valued my property at a lower, and as it turns out more realistic, price than a competitor. Six months later I switched to C&W and within 14 days my property was sold. Job done.
The team were great but Jayde in particular I found to be highly professional and totally clear as to the plan of action and how my sale would be achieved - which as stated before, was achieved within 2 weeks. Switching was one of my better decisions.

I asked Cubitt & West to let my property in Brighton. Cieran and Ava were fantastic. I would recommend this agent 100%.

We've had a great experience working with Alia Hawes so far on our property search. She has been incredibly responsive, professional and clear in her communication. Negotiating on a property can be a complex process, but Alia made the initial offer stages very straightforward and kept us well-informed throughout. We are grateful for her all her help so far. It was a bit of a tricky sale with a couple of fall throughs, but the Cubitt and West team, in particular Julie Bramble were brilliant - clear communication, kind and supportive. Thankyou Julie!

The Cubitt & West branch we used were absolutely fantastic. Always there when we needed them and always the most helpful, especially when we had any questions or issues. My only personal issue with the company would be their use of a certain solicitors. I was deeply unhappy with their recommendation of solicitors who they recommended. You may say that I could have got my own but at that moment, being a first time buyer, I felt very much pushed into that choice. Things were great with the company themselves though. We were assigned Julie to help us and she's been absolutely spectacular. The amount of calls I've made to her to moan is frankly ridiculous but shes always been there to help, to explain what's going on and why, and to be that voice of reason when we needed it most. Very happy to have worked with her and if the review was just for her, it would have been an easy 5*!

Very disappointing experience !
We reported issues with the condition of the property, particularly the carpet, from the very beginning of our tenancy. Despite multiple follow-ups, these problems have still not been resolved even after 6 months.
An inspection was carried out and notes were taken, but no action followed and the same issues remain.
The carpet is dirty and has a persistent unpleasant smell, which significantly affects our comfort and living conditions. We were also told it would be new, which was not the case.
Overall, there has been a clear lack of responsibility and urgency in addressing tenant concerns. I would not recommend !
