Great price ,Great service and…

Great price ,Great service and delivery.Excellent product well made and sturdy for my first grandchild who is starting to eat solid foods and is sitting up. Loves his chair and he can use it to sit in a lower position to play with his toys or be read a story.

Tutti Bambini Cozee replacement

I bought this mattress to replace the original mattress on a second hand tutti bambini cozee bedside crib we bought. The mattress fits the crib perfectly and is lovely and soft and feels great quality. Very pleased with our purchase.

Excellent customer service

CuddleCo were brilliant. I am so happy with the bamboo mattress I bought for baby’s cot. I had an issue with the delivery, which I imagine was more the fault of the courier than CuddleCo themselves, but they sorted this out without delay :) would definitely order from this company again.

Returns cost!

Recently brought a cot bed mattress, the delivery was fast and efficient, however the mattress itself is a thin as a sheet of paper and not suitable for a child.
The website does not indicate the depth of the mattresses.
I contacted the company via email who informed me that I would be responsible for the cost of return - this amounted to half the price of the initial mattress cost!
I then telephoned to discuss other options, but there were none..
I would suggest considering the returns policy before purchasing from this company.

I have used the doona and thought it…

I have used the doona and thought it was the best invention ever. I didn’t even bother with a regular pram. Now I am pregnant again I am looking forward to using it again. It’s easy/lightweight and stress free, perfect also for travelling or if you are in need of a taxi back home. I would recommend this to anyone. 🙌🙌🙌

Amazing service from CuddleCo

Amazing service from CuddleCo. I have ordered several products, including the Doona Liki-Trike and the Doona Infant Car Seat. Both products are amazing and have made life so much easier travelling with a little one. The orders were dispatched and received super quickly, and the website is extremely user-friendly. I will definitely be shopping there again!

No response from them after buying a…

No response from them after buying a doona trike s5. Messaged in couple of hours after receiving the product. No response. Messaged them back after a few weeks, they set up a video call to show some changes in the trike’s settings (supposed to be something that is not in the information booklet or information on the box), they didn’t turn up for the call while I was waiting and simply said they missed it. Trying to contact them again but no response at all. All my efforts trying to contact are being dead end. Could someone let me know where I can raise this as a complaint? I am trying to get file a case with ombudsman and other services who can help too.
