Edit: received the bed today. Paid extra for a reinforced bed base - why is this just made out of cardboard and wood planks? It doesn’t feel stable at all! I had £200 beds that were made the same and this cost more than double!

Bed purchase and delivered. My wife sat on the bed with our baby and the bed collapsed underneath her. We had also paid £60 for reinforcement. Upon inspection the bed is made from very cheap pine and cardboard, and absolutely no reinforcement. They are cheap and nasty beds made to look nice. Trying to resolve the issue with the company has been an absolute nightmare, and I have had to resort to claiming via my credit card company for misrepresentation and breach of contract. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
First time writing a bad review for anything....
Avoid using this company - the bed arrived with damage to the fabric. Instantly seeing the damage I knew the bed had to be returned. After a back a forth for nearly 6 weeks the bed was finally collected. All that time storing a damaged bed ruined moving into a new house and cost me £50 due to their policies.... Would love to open a small claims case but there is a whole host of Cuddly Bed companies setup to make I difficult to do so. Seriously dodgy business in my opinion. Not surprised they don't have Google reviews available.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with my new Kingsize Divan Bed . Beautiful quality, very competitively priced and delivered within 3 weeks . Delivery driver called me to let me know he was on his way, then took great care when bringing it in for me. On the whole a great experience with this company with a bonus of extra discount at the time of ordering , highly recommend.

I ordered a bed and still waiting over a month. They say oh it will be this week and still waiting and no bed. They don’t seem to reply to you them when you message them. Wish I read the bad reviews before ordering!

We had such a long drawn out process with this company and over 5 weeks sleeping on a mattress on the floor whilst waiting for problems to be rectified. The bed we received was damaged. It looked like something heavy had been put on top of it or it had been stood on and the wood was broken and there was a cag to the material on the headboard. It took a week to sort out an agreement for a replacement and then a further 2 weeks for the replacement to arrive (both deliveries arriving at 9pm!!!) I’m aiming to get into bed at 9pm not build one, as a good will gesture they offered to assemble the bed this time. The replacement bed was the wrong style! When I asked the delivery drivers to take everything away they refused and said they could only take the one bed that they’d been instructed to pick up. So I was preparing myself to have another rigmarole the next day in trying to sort another issue out. Cue lots of banging about upstairs to then be told that the base doesn’t fit to the headboard and that it can’t be assembled. Surely they’d take it now? No I was left with the wrong bed half put together that they then refused to even take apart. Not to mention how rude they were. It’s now 10pm gone and we had to dismantle the bed get it out of our room so we had room to put the mattress back on the floor. It took a few days for them to agree to come and collect the bed that was now being stored in our conservatory and over 2 weeks for them to actually come and get it. The process lasted from mid Jan to mid March!! Once it had been collected which thankfully wasn’t late at night I had a refund quite quickly. It was hassle from start to finish. I’d advise anyone to avoid this company.

I bought the Elliot 2000 Pocket Sprung mattress from Cuddly Beds a couple of months ago and it’s honestly the best sleep I’ve had in years. My back pain has pretty much disappeared. Shoutout to Lisa from customer service — she was super helpful when I had questions about firmness levels. Delivery was quick and smooth too. Overall, really happy with the whole experience.
Avoid!!!
Awful company. Severe lack of communication, late delivery with no notification, missing gas lift struts for ottoman bed. Emailed to inform them and yet still waiting for a response after a week. Unable to use the bed as intented until we receive them! Save yourself time and go elsewhere.

I placed my delivery on the 18th of March and still haven’t received my item by today, the 10th of April. On the website it says delivery within 15 working days.. still trying ti figure out when the item will be delivered.
Poor communication
Poor communication. I had to phone twice to see when my parcel was being delivered and both times I was told by the end of the week but it didn’t come for another week after that.
The headboard is lovely
The headboard is lovely, and I’m very pleased with it, but it was extremely late in being delivered I had lots of communication with cuddly beds, I got very frustrated with them because they kept blaming the courier company, which I felt was cuddly bed’s responsibility
Once it got sorted the company gave me a small refund because of the delay in the headboard

We received awful service from this company constantly being promised delivery dates that didn’t not happened so in the end waited weeks for the bed !!!
When the bed arrived was not good quality we had to glue the drawers before using them ! They then promised to refund £40 for all the inconvenience caused , But guess what still waiting for that also !!!!
I would certainly shop around for another company we ordered from a different bed company which was less expensive , better quality and came with origin days not weeks !!!

Poor quality bedframe squeaky noises even at a slight turn
I ordered the Charlotte Chesterfield Wingback Divan bed
6ft Super King with Memory Orthopaedic Open Coil Mattress.
I’ve had the company replace the bedframe twice now however it just makes so much squiggly or squeaky noise even with a slight turn. Very uncomfortable, having paid such a huge amount I was expecting a bedframe that would last me for sometime. It’s just under a year and I’ve had two replacements yet the same problem persists.
Definitely won’t recommend maybe it’s to do with this particular bedframe. But the ppl are nice.
I’m now having to look for other options in just under a year.
