The bed is beautiful, was delivered without the feet however the customer service team resolved this very quickly and efficiently.

Beautiful bed, great quality and just as described.
The delivery was a couple of days later than expected, but they kept me informed.

I sent for 6 fabric samples, non had a label on them as to which they were. Nothing about fabric make up etc.
Not helpful. I needed to know if they were polyester etc and if washable washable.

Wrong size mattress arrived so im sleeping on the sofa for the last 7 days and still dont no when its going arrive in a pensioner that dosent need this hassle iim having an knee operation on friday and i need it before then as i was told 2/5 days. So not a very happy customer its discusting

Great company to deal with, there were a few issues, not due to Cuddly beds, which were sorted out quickly, efficiently and professionally by Tom and Jay. Really responsive and solution focused.
The bed is fantastic, it’s a super king, has loads of space, is sturdy, great quality, easy to put together and with the accompanying mattress gives a wonderful nights sleep. Wonderful value for money and delivery to the Southern Ireland was reasonable €50, definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you for everything.

The team were very helpful and quick responding to emails. I didn’t know at first we were able to customise our bed as we were restricted by the length, so this answered our problems, as I was still able to get the head board I loved and ottoman storage. The bed it great quality and looks fab in our room. Was a little tricky to build but none the less highly recommend.

Really happy with my purchase. Made a great saving in the winter sale. Strong, sturdy quality bed and mattress. Great service when I wanted to change my fabric choice after receiving my free swatch samples. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Quality product. Would definitely buy again.

The ordering process at Cuddlybeds was easy and straight forward

I ordered our bed in December, not thinking it would arrive till after the New Year but when I said I needed it as soon as, the guys at Cuddly Beds went above and beyond to ensure it arrived before Christmas. My message's were answered quickly and efficiently. Can't have asked for better service. Well done to all the team! 🤩

The bed is beautiful, exactly as pictured and the quality is excellent.

Ordered a bed quite close to Christmas, so was a little concerned it might not arrive in time, but I didn’t need to worry as it came super quickly.
Communication with the company was great. I emailed just to get a delivery update and the responded promptly and with all the tracking info. On the day of delivery the guys called me when they were close by to ensure I was home, and came not long after.

The bed is stunning and I’m so happy with it. It was packaged really well to ensure no damage. I’ve had lots of comments from my friends about how lovely my bed is. It was really simple for me to put together myself. I did have to get a friend to come round and help me get the headboard upstairs and it was way too heavy for me. But otherwise I could build the bed by myself.

I would definitely use Cuddly Beds again and would recommend them to friends and familly.

The bed is lovely. My dog has refused to use all the other beds I've bought her but she loves this one.

Would not order from this company again. Bed arrived with numerous scuffs and marks and small holes in the fabric on the headboard. Paid a lot of money for what looks like a second hand bed. Contacted company to be offered a replacement or partial refund. Was told 2-3 weeks for a replacement so had to opt for partial refund as needed the bed before Christmas. It's nearly a month later and despite numerous emails I still have no refund and am stuck with a poor quality bed. Very disappointing!

The sign of a good company is not just the quality of the goods or competitive pricing but the after sales service which is probably the most important. I ordered the king size Penelope Wingback Divan with 2 drawers in Conniston Almond. Delivery was great but I wish I had selected the deliver to room option as the headboard was heavy. No instructions were included but I guess most is common-sense and there is video online. The headboard is excellent quality and the Conniston almond is fab. There was an issue with the divan and so an email was sent with some photos. A prompt response was had and I asked if it was possible to exchange for the ottoman version. This was no issue for Cuddly Beds. There was a price supplement but I was happy with that. After about a week, the ottoman was delivered and divan collected by 2 really nice lads and I have to say, the quality of the ottoman is really really good with 2 sections, 4 struts and a solid sturdy base. Thank you Cuddly Beds. I will definitely shop with you again. Simon.

Good service from ordering to installation

The delivery was cancelled and then on the rescheduled date it was an hour and half late (after waiting all day). The bed was damage and is not as comfortable as expected.
