I was really excited to use this as it was the very first airfryer i have bought. My son prefers the texture of fried food and i wanted something that would help create the same texture but healthier. As soon as i took it out of the box and turned it on, the digital display was showing the left drawere as being out so i took the drawer out and out it back in. Again still showing out. I tried everything from turning it off and on again but it still did not fix the problem. I contacted the customer services asking for a replacement and instead of offering a replacement for the product (which i have only had for a week) they said they would decide whether i get the same one repaired or replaced. I did not want the same one "repaired" as i had paid for a fully working new product which this was not. I was also worried that this problem would happen again once the 30 days are up or a few months down the line and i would have to keep sensing it back and forth to kwep repairing it. The customer service was awful, takibg 2 business days to reply so i called up and asked them to refund me instead after collection. The lady i was speaking to said "we will decide whether we refund you after we receive and inspect the item". What is that supoosed to mean? They sold me a faulty product and using such language, i was disgusted. I am going to wait for the collection to take place now and see what they do but i am definitely going to put this review on trustpilot and facebook and so on.

I bought the multi temp cuisine art kettle in Dec 2021. In 2023 (Sept) I reported a fault that the kettle wouldn’t start unless it had completely cooled down.
A replacement was sent but I was only offered an additional 6 month warranty, which meant the new replacement kettle only had 18 months warranty running till (25/06/2025)and not the full 3 years.
Low and behold just as the warranty expired in late June, in early July the kettle started showing the same intermittent fault as the first kettle. In essence I can only boil the kettle once. Then I have to empty it and refill it with cold water and wait till the kettle is totally cold before it will start to heat up. Not acceptable!
I emailed support services at Cuisine art on Sunday, no response. I resent the email again yesterday, still response!
I am very disappointed that customer services are not acknowledging my email.
I love this product and want to resolve this occurring problem.
Can I recommend it??? Not sure I can if this is how they treat their customers.

Excellent Customer Service
I have had 2 very positive experiences with this company. I love the Electric Salt and Pepper Grinder Set but the grinding containers seem to have some issues. They replaced them without quibble once I had provided serial number and proof of purchase.

Without any quibble Cuisinart offered a 100% credit on the device cost, to use in their on-line shop, as the model was now discontinued. I couldn't of asked for better after sales service. All sorted out within a few days, all thanks to Jeanette!

Was a bit apprehensive of getting any kind of support when my appliance stopped working but India and Islania really did help get it sorted with detailed instructions and pictures and technical help. It is so pleasing when a company provides such great support.

I made an enquiry about a filter for a grind and brew coffee machine that we purchased in 2007 - Jeanette was brilliant, she sent me a link to purchase charcoal filter which I did from eBay - filter has been changed over the years but was unsure if it was still available and it was. I also needed a replacement part for my multi stick blender and again Jeanette was so helpful.

We needed a replacement part for our drip coffee maker. I contacted Customer Services and Islania was terrific! There was a mixup with the first shipment, but she fixed it quickly and the part arrived in no time. She was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.

Cuisinart customer care has been brilliant especially Islania with whom I have been dealing with, she was very prompt in her responses to my queries via email. I had a fault in the soft serve machine and she has arranged a replacement & hoping that it does the job it states it does !

Cuisinart Customer Care is fantastic- had an issue with a toaster and they replaced it immediately with next day delivery to ensure minimum disruption to me. Also extended the warranty. India was excellent and understanding. Highly recommend Cuisinart.

Had an issue with our Cuisinart Air Fryer that was 1.5 years old. Emailed the support team, and received responses from Jeanette the following day. In the end, we quickly got a new unit. They have also arranged for the bad one to be picked up by a recycling company.

Unable to track down new plates for my Cuisinart sandwich toaster I contacted Cuisinart customer service by email. They were incredibly helpful and were able to supply me with new plates. I am delighted as I know the model I have is no longer made. I received the plates soon after my enquiry and am absolutely delighted with them. My Cuisinart sandwich toaster is brilliant and will hopefully continue to work well for another 20 years. Thanks to Cuisinart Uk.

I had a problem with a kettle which after contacting customer service and talked with Jeanette she said that they were unable to fix or replace it as it was discontinued. A replacement model was suggested but the colour was unsuitable. She then offered a voucher to the value of the kettle with an additional good will jester which I accepted.
I cannot fault the quality of Jeanette's customer service and being able to talk with a person rather than chatbot.

I’ve had a Cuisinart multi temp kettle for a long time but it would stop working intermittently so I rang customer services to see if this problem was fixable as I didn’t want to throw it away and it was well out of the guarantee period. Islania was very helpful and said that, although she couldn’t help me with anything technical, she would email me a 50% off voucher towards another product. This was an unexpected surprise. I cannot fault customer services which, in this day and age, is very rare. It was also lovely to speak to an actual human rather than automated!

Although I was disappointed that my Cuisinart spice grinder died a premature death, I was so impressed by the company's customer service. Islania (a real, friendly human!) listened to my explanation of what happened, send me an email with simple instructions, and within minutes, I was notified that a new appliance would be sent. I was not required to send the old unit back, but was given instructions to use their free recycling service - which I'm definitely going to use. This is how it should be!!
