Niaz was fantastic throughout our consultation. She was welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. She listened to what we were looking for and provided thoughtful recommendations that suited our preferences perfectly.

As first-time ring buyers, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Niaz made everything easy to understand and enjoyable. We never felt pressured and genuinely appreciated her expertise and honest advice. Thank you for making such an important milestone feel so exciting and stress-free!

My partner and I had an appointment with Elizabeth last weekend and loved the experience! We hadnt hadn’t much experience with rings and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us which was much appreciated! I didn't even know if what I wanted was even possible but the team went above and beyond to send through mockups, photos and personal opinions to help me make my decision. The whole experience was a really smooth process. We were able to view all the styles of rings we were interested in. Yazmyn was really helpful and informative. Fast quote turnaround time was also a bonus!

As a couple who are not knowledgeable in rings, Bella answered all our questions. We loved that she didn’t try to push us to buy or rush into our decision; she made our experience way easier than what we expected. A recommendation that gave her in store was maybe a better lighting from where we were sitting, and hopefully in the future more designs in store than what we are seeing online.

Madison was very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was able to actively listen to what we were after, suggested great options and made us feel at ease :)

We had such a good experience at Cullen Jewellery in Melbourne. I booked an appointment as I had no idea what style of ring I wanted, or what would suit me. Our consultation was with Jayde and she was so patient and helpful in guiding me through the process of finding a style of ring that I liked. I had so much fun trying on rings but found it hard to be decisive at the start and she was so gentle at encouraging me to consider different options I hadn’t thought of. By the end of the appointment, a couple of my favourites were not ones I thought they’d be! Would highly recommend a visit to the Melbourne showroom. Thank you Jayde!!
