Still waiting for my order -almost a year later

I would also give this company a 0 if I could. They were quick to take my money but never shipped anything. I am a high school Art teacher with limited funds. I saved up to order the black 2.0 along with a number of other products for some art projects/high school Grad dance totaling around $900 way back in March 2025. I assumed that there was plenty of time as everything was in stock. It is now Feb. 2026 and I am STILL waiting for the order, or even just PART of the order- anything!! There is no customer service-when I email I get the same automatic response that they have limited staff and will get back to me and 'please don't send a lot of emails', or the other one that says they are processing my order (I've been getting that one since June2025). If I go to the suggested customer service site, all I get is a 404. I am hugely disappointed, and so were my students (those who've graduated). When I placed the order it seemed that this was a legitimate company with lots of satisfied customers and good reviews. I can't believe that I was so duped. I see that he has recently partnered with Liquitex - a company that sells paint products that I, my students, and others in my artist community will no longer purchase from (sorry, but there are plenty of great alternative artist paint companies to choose from).

No Order, No Resolution

Ordered in December because they promised delivery before Christmas. No delivery. Two months later and their customer service response is "Sorry! We'll look into it". No follow up until I follow up and get the same response. Looks like they're using an AI bot for responses.

If I could rate a 0 I would

If I could rate a 0 I would. Ordered gay blood half a year ago, never received it, just told to wait over and over. Lying company should be named hustles culture. I tried canceling the order and they said ok they'll cancel it, but wouldn't give my money back. In the process of a charge back and would recommend anyone who hasn't received their order to do the same. I really wanted to use my product In a positive way, I was so excited, shame on this company.

Months to receive orders after they did…

Months to receive orders after they did a promotion. Had to threaten a charge back to get any kind of customer service that wasn't them literally telling me they had better things to do than customer service. When I received it the product was haphazardly thrown in a plastic shipping bag and every product in it was unusable because it was all busted open and the paint tubes coated everything and mixed with the exploded powders.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I had ordered some black paint from them back in 2019, so I thought to try them again in 2025. I ordered August 7th 2025, and today it is February 17th 2026.

Absolutely zero communications from them whatsoever, except one conveniently send well over their 30 day refund date.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM.

Only buy for him if you want to prepare yourself for shit service

I have shopped with culture hustle for years. Have more lits or pots of powder based paints then shelf space for. I always used to love them but there service has gone to shit. Placed 2 seperate orders in June 2025 for a gift card and the YOLO paint. Still waiting on both. Had generic bot emails for weeks. Then started to get the emails in sepetember where said person responding was taking over my case personally. Before Christmas thought I was finally getting somewhere when someone agreed to refund the YOLO and fast track the gift card but since the new year it has been radio silence. I keep sending emails and they keep ignoring me. Back 2 years ago I would have recommended them to everyone, now I rather buy a bag of shit then there stuff again. There company has become a complete and utter joke. Do not recommend them now and sad I've wasted money.

Bought a single paint in August 2025…

Bought a single paint in August 2025 still did not receive.
It was said to be in stock.
All I am getting are AI responses and its all BS nothing happens no real feedback and always excuses and they do not stick to their own promises of getting back to me.

I did order a larger Order back in 2022 and it was slow to deliver but nothing compared to this

AVOID - Total Scam

Similar experience to the other one star reviews. Placed an order early January and still don't have the paint. No response from a real person - just an AI stock answer. No refund has been issued despite my request. Total scam!

Very Disappointed, Quality has Degraded

It has been since July 2025 that I have not received my orders, despite numerous emails to the help desk. I keep getting AI responses back. I'm considering filing a chargeback with my bank as that seems to be how others have received their items.

It's super disappointing as I've enjoyed their glow pigments and have received my items in a reasonable amount of time previously.

Don’t buy from this shady company!

I used to order from this company and my orders would ship within a few days. However, I ordered 12/12/25, got an email on 12/13 saying my order was being made and a shipping label was created, then got nothing. No updates, no product, just daily ads all of the sudden for me to buy more products. I emailed 5 times from December to January and got automated emails saying they are busy and not to email multiple times. Finally by February, I still had no reply and no paint, so I did a chargeback on my credit card. Now that I’ve done a chargeback - suddenly there has been a label created in Kentucky and email updates on my order. So, now that I am done with this whole process and just want my money back, that’s when this company finally decides they will get to work? We’ll see if I ever get anything. Odds are the status sits at “label created” for a good amount of time only for them to report to the credit card company that they “shipped” it. Never buying anything from here again!

Non-Delivery & Refund Still Outstanding

I ordered Black 4.0 paint from Culture Hustle in August 2025, which has never been delivered. Despite repeated emails requesting a delivery date or refund, the company has avoided providing a clear resolution. Culture Hustle stated that they were 'making sure that things were perfect' and that they, 'would send a tracking number' when the product was ready. This never happened.

As of 9 February 2026, Culture Hustle stated my refund is “being addressed,” but no refund or confirmation has been issued.

I have lodged a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service and taken steps with my payment provider to recover funds. As we all know this paint is not cheap. Under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), I am entitled to a full refund for goods not delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

This delay has caused professional and financial disruption, including missing an art exhibition. I am posting this publicly to encourage Culture Hustle to resolve this matter immediately.

Don't buy from them

Don't buy from them. I had placed an order back in November 2025 and I have yet to receive my order or a refund. (Feb 2025) Customer service does absolutely nothing and refuses to issue a refund. Every customer service response is AI and you won't get through to a real person, a refund or your order shipped. The only way you even have a chance to get your money back is by doing a chargeback. DON'T WAIT TO DO ONE AND DON'T TELL THEM THAT YOU HAVE STARTED THE PROCESS!!!!

I had ordered from them years ago and had received my shipment on time but this seems to be their new normal. Their blackest black paint isn't great, Musou black is far better and cheaper, and their white is just titanium white with laundry brighteners in them. Their glow powder sucks, SnailWorks and TechnoGlow are better. Everything is overpriced and you more than likely won't get your order.

In stock, no updates, no delivery

Ordered an item which showed in stock on August 6 2025, there has been no useful update. After searching I found a support email that still worked and was told it'd have an update soon, the last reply was December 13 2025, I've received no updates, no parcel, no refund. This was a $200 order and as far I can tell it's just a scam of a business.

FOUR months late, still no response.

My product order is four months late arriving and despite vague promises to "prioritize" the order (which are obviously written by a chatbot autoresponder), no resolution has been offered and I feel as if I have been the victim of fraud.
