Vibrant colors

Overall very happy with the vibrancy of the pigments, and how bright they are under black light. Looking forward to using these in more projects going forward.

What need to be corrected.

I waited months for delivery of an order. Every email was ignored. Every comment on social media and YouTube was ignored. The actual paint and base are great and as advertised. But the overall feeling for months that I was scammed out of money was very real. I would happily buy my materials here and would LOVE to support Stuart and his mission. But until those things are addressed and corrected, I won’t be doing it again. Which is a shame.

Never received order

Clown-car company, one order was fulfilled (present), now most recent order is six months late and nothing but AI customer service service loops. Do not entrust your money to this "company".

Scam and bad costumer service

I ordered paint in OCTOBER and corrected the shipping address immediately after placing the order. Despite informing the company right away and contacting them several times afterward to confirm the updated address and request a refund, nothing was resolved. Instead, I received repeated explanations for delays, including an unusual claim that a PLANE CRASH had caused the shipment issue. In the end, I was told that neither cancelling the order nor changing the address was possible.

Overall, this was one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences I have had.

Best paint ever, worst service ever :(

I honestly thought my money was lost – but then the unexpected happened: My paint showed up.

I placed the order at the beginning of October 2025, and the money was withdrawn immediately. After six weeks, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I sent emails and received replies saying they would fix it quickly. Unfortunately, it turned out those were AI-generated emails, and I kept trying without any success.

When I had finally given up and thought my €160 were gone, I decided to ask them to cancel the order. I sent 4–5 emails requesting a cancellation. Then the unexpected happened – they shipped the paint.

I have now received it, and it is truly very good paint. Unfortunately, this will be the only time I order from them, because I simply don’t dare to order again.

I hope it was just a bad period for them and that they manage to improve their customer service, because the quality of the paint is absolutely top-notch.

My advice to anyone who hasn’t received their paint: try asking them to cancel the order. It worked for me.

Ordered a birthday gift for my…

Ordered a birthday gift for my boyfriend on the 14th of January 2026. I ordered with a debet card. And after I ordered I read all the bad reviews online about Culture Hustle. Instant regret! So I got really scared about not getting the products and not getting my money back.
On the 12th of February 2026 I send them a message through their website asking when I could expect my order, and the day after I recieved a shipment link from the Royal Mail, this was a real, existing track and trace, no fake one. I received all the goods on Friday the 20th of February 2026 (I live in The Netherlands). Everything is there. But I don't know about the quality, because it's a gift and I am not going to use it myself. I ordered 4 pigment colors, the PHAZE changing color, 1 YOLO and the topcoat.
I don't know if I was lucky. A month is still fairly long, but I was relieved nonetheless.

You're never getting that order

Unfortunately, they’re a real mess.

I’ve been ordering from Culture Hustle for years. The paints are interesting and unique, though definitely overpriced. The bigger issue is that they can’t keep up with orders. Delivery times have grown longer and longer, now stretching into months. I’ve been waiting on an $85.00 order since April 2025.

When you reach out, you receive a odd sappy AI bot responses “You are right and this is not the experience we want for any artist.” The AI tells you that your order has been marked as “priority,” but you never hear from them again.

It’s especially frustrating given all those videos of Stuart Semple breathlessly accusing other paint companies of cheating artists by not putting enough pigment in their paints. The rhetoric about supporting artists rings hollow when orders go unfulfilled for months.

It’s disappointing to see a company that once seemed genuinely committed to supporting artists turn into something that feels unreliable and kind of exploitative.

I would recommend looking into Golden Artist Colors, especially their “SoFlat” line. They care deeply about their paint and some of the best customer service of any paint company.

Great paints

The quality of the acrylic potions is second to none. I’m not an artist, I’m a crafter but the paints are top notch I for my use.

Still waiting for my order -almost a year later

I would also give this company a 0 if I could. They were quick to take my money but never shipped anything. I am a high school Art teacher with limited funds. I saved up to order the black 2.0 along with a number of other products for some art projects/high school Grad dance totaling around $900 way back in March 2025. I assumed that there was plenty of time as everything was in stock. It is now Feb. 2026 and I am STILL waiting for the order, or even just PART of the order- anything!! There is no customer service-when I email I get the same automatic response that they have limited staff and will get back to me and 'please don't send a lot of emails', or the other one that says they are processing my order (I've been getting that one since June2025). If I go to the suggested customer service site, all I get is a 404. I am hugely disappointed, and so were my students (those who've graduated). When I placed the order it seemed that this was a legitimate company with lots of satisfied customers and good reviews. I can't believe that I was so duped. I see that he has recently partnered with Liquitex - a company that sells paint products that I, my students, and others in my artist community will no longer purchase from (sorry, but there are plenty of great alternative artist paint companies to choose from).

No Order, No Resolution

Ordered in December because they promised delivery before Christmas. No delivery. Two months later and their customer service response is "Sorry! We'll look into it". No follow up until I follow up and get the same response. Looks like they're using an AI bot for responses.

If I could rate a 0 I would

If I could rate a 0 I would. Ordered gay blood half a year ago, never received it, just told to wait over and over. Lying company should be named hustles culture. I tried canceling the order and they said ok they'll cancel it, but wouldn't give my money back. In the process of a charge back and would recommend anyone who hasn't received their order to do the same. I really wanted to use my product In a positive way, I was so excited, shame on this company.

Months to receive orders after they did…

Months to receive orders after they did a promotion. Had to threaten a charge back to get any kind of customer service that wasn't them literally telling me they had better things to do than customer service. When I received it the product was haphazardly thrown in a plastic shipping bag and every product in it was unusable because it was all busted open and the paint tubes coated everything and mixed with the exploded powders.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I had ordered some black paint from them back in 2019, so I thought to try them again in 2025. I ordered August 7th 2025, and today it is February 17th 2026.

Absolutely zero communications from them whatsoever, except one conveniently send well over their 30 day refund date.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM.

Only buy for him if you want to prepare yourself for shit service

I have shopped with culture hustle for years. Have more lits or pots of powder based paints then shelf space for. I always used to love them but there service has gone to shit. Placed 2 seperate orders in June 2025 for a gift card and the YOLO paint. Still waiting on both. Had generic bot emails for weeks. Then started to get the emails in sepetember where said person responding was taking over my case personally. Before Christmas thought I was finally getting somewhere when someone agreed to refund the YOLO and fast track the gift card but since the new year it has been radio silence. I keep sending emails and they keep ignoring me. Back 2 years ago I would have recommended them to everyone, now I rather buy a bag of shit then there stuff again. There company has become a complete and utter joke. Do not recommend them now and sad I've wasted money.
