If I could rate them ZERO stars I would! I placed my order a month ago, tracking said my order was shipped, it was supposed to arrive in 9 days.. well the day before it was supposed to arrive tracking said that “it could not ship to my address. Days after it was supposedly shipped out and well on its way and about to be delivered. And tracking now said it was “returned to sender” so they were getting my order back to them. I pointed this out in email, and they confirmed that my order was sent back to them! I had a commissioned project that I lost a lot of money on because of their horrible customer service which I believe is AI generated. It keeps saying that they “will be in touch very shortly” and don’t respond until days later!! That response is some BS to pretend like they are actually doing something!
I have asked for my order to be cancelled and told them that I want a refund, and still no clear answer from them on this!!!
This company sends out an email talking about how they “are a small team” yet completely screwed over a small business like me on my very first order with them! I will NEVER order from this company again! And I recommend no-one else does! Apparently I’m not the only person with this type of issue with the company! This feels like a scam!

The worst company I have ever come across, I have waited 10 weeks for my order, I have contacted Culture Hustle and Stewart Semple so many times and have got absolutely no proper answers to when I will receive my goods or how to get a refund! DO NOT USE!

Ordered some paint and ink May 2025, received the initial email giving the approximate shipping time. When that passed I got an email saying there was a delay please allow 3 weeks. That has also passed. I emailed customer service for an update and was told my request was being prioritized. No update, no product.

I placed an order that sat in “making” for over two months with no real updates. The shipping information on their site is vague and misleading — it suggests quick turnaround but quietly allows for months-long delays.
I had to file a credit card dispute to get my money back.
After I clearly stated I did not want the order, they shipped it anyway — which triggered import fees from UPS that I then had to refuse and deal with.
Customer service only responded after the chargeback was filed, and even then, nothing was actually resolved.
The whole experience felt disorganized and frustrating. I would not order from them again.

I will start by saying I really enjoy using the various paints from culture hustle and was an ongoing repeat customer. I was always ok with the long shipping times. I made a purchase on April 25 2025 for just over $100.00 and patiently waited. After 8 months I notified culture hustle I still hadn't received my order. I received a response apologizing and that they would look into it and get back to me ASAP. I wrote again many weeks later asking for an immediate resolution and again received a response thanking me for my patience and they would rectify the situation ASAP. Months have passed with no resolution and it is now two weeks shy of one year when I placed my order. The card i used is no longer good not that I expect a refund at this point. Now, assuming the product is still a good one you need to decide if you can afford to randomly give away the money you use to make purchases if you wish to do business with them. I no longer will. Are the purveyors incompetent? Theives? Hard to say... all i know is I am out 100 bucks.
No communication whatsoever
No communication whatsoever, I don’t mind extended wait times but just say something, don’t leave it 7+ weeks and countless unanswered emails. The product quality is great, I’ve never had issues with the product it’s just the lack of customer service, an ai automated email telling you not to send multiple emails after you’ve been ignored for 7 weeks is infuriating.
