No communication whatsoever, I don’t mind extended wait times but just say something, don’t leave it 7+ weeks and countless unanswered emails. The product quality is great, I’ve never had issues with the product it’s just the lack of customer service, an ai automated email telling you not to send multiple emails after you’ve been ignored for 7 weeks is infuriating.

Black 2.0 came quickly and was great in every way. I am extremely satisfied with this material as a trial. (It is cheaper than black 4.0 lol.) I can see myself ordering 4.0 in the future.

Culture Hustle is a fantastic small business that offers innovative materials for artists with a dose of humor!

The colors are beautiful. The packaging is perfect. It even came with a mixing pallet and inset Sponge for blotting! I highly recommend the colorieist watercolor palette!

Great products and packaging ( each very different with unique look. I can not give more stars because I had to wait 4 months to get my order. Emails do get a reply but not from a real person and is same answer to different questions. I send in a credit card refund application and than an email came informing the goods had shipped (?) so now I have the goods. One sticker was upside down, but hey, that must be the handwork which I do love and appreciate. Can not wait to use the paint. Thank you

I heard that specifically the titanium white from this company is excellent paint, so I placed my first order from them January 1st, 2026. I never received any updates beyond confirmation that my order was accepted. I waited four months before emailing the address provided on the Culture Hustle Shop app. I never received a response to my inquiry, but suddenly my paint is in the mail, lol! 3 stars might seem generous, but I'm just thankful that my order was shipped so quickly after I reached out, unlike in most of the reviews I've read. I absolutely don't mind waiting a while if the product is high quality, but it's the lack of transparency or customer care that kind of stinks. I had thought there was a stock shortage and fully expected a canned email response stating so, but with how quickly it shipped afterwards, it makes me think my order just got... misplaced or something? I've worked in customer service for a long time and I know these things inevitably happen, but for every customer to have the same bad experience is a little wild.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered paint 1 year ago and have been in contact with a robot that cannot answer any questions. I was told my order was being handled personally by someone. Never happened.

While my package was a little late it did arrive (post issue not culture hustles) when i had issues with the delivery they got back to me pretty quick when i gave them a heads up. as for the product, the pigment is good, the powder is fine and mixes well with various mediums both acrylic and oil. it is a more transparent pigment once mixed so you'll want to add something for opacity if that is what you want.

The Hustle part is very accurate, I paid them in June of 2025 and as of today I've yet to get any of the products I paid for.

They've never tried to contact me about sorting this mess out, I keep writing them, asking for updates/alternative solutions etc, and they keep stringing me along.

They also don't offer refunds at all, so buyers beware. I sadly used a card that doesn't have buyers protection, so I'm probably not going see that money or the paint I paid for.

Horrible. Used to order from them and receive my order. Nowadays they scam people. They take your money and refuse to ship anything.

Been waiting since Jan 2nd. Order not shipped. Horrible automated email replies. They've got to be in drugs to be this bad. It's taken so long I actually found other vendors for the glow pigment and I started using musuo black which is def better than their black 2.0.

Update: 4/20/2026 still receiving the same automated email with zero info on my order.

Order 207269: I've been waiting for 10 months to get it with almost no update. But do not worry: I've received plenty of over-the-top promotional emails in the meantime.

I guess you either die a hero or see yourself become the villain, ay Stuart? Anish Kapoor would be rather proud.

I placed an order with Culture Hustle in February 2025 (Order #200212). It has now been 1 year and 2 months, and I still have not received anything.

Over this time, I’ve sent multiple follow-ups. The only responses I’ve received were delayed, generic emails from customer service with apologies and promises of “reviewing” the order or “prioritising” it. None of these promises have led to any actual resolution. No shipment, no tracking, no refund.

At one point, I was even told that a real person had taken over my case and that it would be handled as a priority. That was months ago. Nothing changed.

What’s most frustrating is the complete disconnect between their communication and reality. The replies sound polite, but they are clearly templated and lead nowhere. Meanwhile, I continue to receive marketing emails from them.

After more than a year of waiting, this is no longer a delay — it’s a failure to deliver a paid order and a complete breakdown of customer service.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering.

I actually love their emails, which should tell you how thoughtful, interesting, and brief they are. The products are unique and high quality and have made my vision come to life in better ways than I could’ve ever imagined! Shipping to the United States was painless. :) 11/10 recommend

Stuart’s materials are some of the most unique you can find within any form of art. Many people do things like what Stuart does, but nobody does it quite like Stuart.
