SCAM shop Be aware!
I was in the skies! i had found the perfect product for my setup!! but from there its a nightmare :( i have now waited for 17 days and still the packet isnt even shipped out of origin country!!!??? this is awful! stay away from this company, esp if you are non-france. you will get little to no help at all.... im still missing my lamp, and noone updates me on anything.... this was my bumbest choice of shops ever... :( My crop is dead as result of a week in darkness, the packet has been stopped 2 times because of missing tax papers from seller(!!) and now i dont know a thing..... i wish no one of you out there the same, stay therfore away!!
edit:) Today 09,02,2024 i got this message as you can see of the answer. so now we have to see if its done correct this time..... almost 3 weeks after order.
OKAY UPDATE:
Today tuesday 13.02.2024 i`ve had enough of this filthy company.
They are a bunch of liars all of them i have been in contact with, and they play victim and claim i am the one that is the problem!!(??) well, to EVERYONE out there!! if you wanna see for yourself how theese people handle their customers, i got copy of every little word between me and the customer "service", for you to look at. i WARN YOU ALL about this shop cultureindoor.com! they will hustle you and try to make you look like the bad guy.
I ordered one product 20.01.2024, and today 13.02.2024 it still has not been shipped to me! they act like total loss of common sense, and they refuse to speak english, so you sit like a stupid fooled customer and wait, as they tell you lies about the order who is on its way and bla bla bla.. suddenly they stop answering my e-mails, my on-site messages, telephone and in general act like hustlers. they owe me almost €400, but an aswer with a final and TRUE reliable concluson.
i see no other possibillities than go to police and press charges on them for steeling my money or at least try.
I know they answered here, just a lot more lies! they hav not done a yhing in this case! but im takin it as i said to the police, then Youtube, agri-tv and every review site on the internet, now i am sooo pissed off!!

The package was not delivered
The package was not delivered, although Chronopost said it was. The pickup point Getij 17 in Groningen said nothing was there.
Second, I find the messages and language switch rather confusing.
