This is the WORST you can get! DO NOT buy from culture indoor! Irresponsible and terrible service!
Ive placed an order two weeks ago(25/4).
I contacted their CS from Facebook (which is the only department responding to me) after 4 days because I didn’t hear from them nor recieved any confirmation email after the payment. Finally the delivery company called me on Wednesday (10 days after I placed my order) and asking me for 150chf cash extra upon delivery.
Ive purchased 3 pots in total 278chf plus 59chf delivery fee. I refused to pay 150chf without any invoice and Culture Indoor wrote to me and told me if I refuse to pay the tax, they will return the goods but I have to pay for both ways of delivery!!
I live in Switzerland and I didn’t know the tax is 55% import from France?? Nobody could explain to me why do I have to pay 150chf extra and the webpage did mention tax but why 55% of tax? Also they won’t be able to give me a receipt even if I agree to pay in cash, so what if the custom will send me another bill in the future??? You got ZERO protection if you purchase from this webpage from Switzerland!
I am telling 100%truth and I keep all the conversations.
I just want to warn you all and DO NOT order from culture indoor even it seems a bit cheaper! Now we are paying EXTRA and recieved a terrible service!!!

It is also recalled that the goods will pass through customs and that the costs will be added, as well as the local tax.
The customs clearance therefore explains the delay a little longer than usual and we are sorry for that.
We asked the carrier to come with the invoice detailing precisely the taxes claimed by the customs of your country.

Avoid this incompetent cancer store!
Incompetence within walls of this company can be measured from ISS.
I have ordered items for more than 700€ 3 months ago. Regardless their statement about free 10 days delivery if you order items for over 249€ in Europe, I still had to pay 100€ for delivery to my country with no explanation. They tried to sent it twice, but was returned to sender twice. Both times because insufficient papers. - Morons sent one order in three parcels, and included papers in only one parcel.. and they did that twice. TWICE! - Regardless me writing them about problem with exact instructions on how to fix it - also twice. And they had enough time to act both times, since parcels have been held at customs for more that 2 weeks waiting for papers. My frustration at this point is at max and I cant wait for this farce to be over. I can feel my brain dying from trying to communicate with these caveman. Conclusion; avoid this company as far and wide as you can. It is not worth it.
