I used the clinic about 1 or 2 years…
I used the clinic about 1 or 2 years ago in order to manage a chronic pain condition. I’ve eventually decided that medicating every day was not for me. A month and a half ago I hooked an appointment as I was going through a very difficult family situation. I told the doctor that I needed the prescription just for 1 month and asap, she acknowledged that. The prescription came promptly with an email saying that it was sent to the pharmacy and I shouldn’t contact them until they contact me. More than 10 working days past, I contact the pharmacy and they told me they never received my prescription. I reach out to the clinic and they don’t respond for 4 days, even though I told them again about the urgency in my situation. When they finally responded they refused to take accountlabiltiy for sending me a generic letter that had wrong instructions in it. I told them I do not have the time to order anymore as I am moving away to a different country (same thing I told the doctor, that’s why there was urgency) and I would like to request a refund. They refused to and then started to threaten me that if I ask for a chargeback from my bank they will block me from ordering again. Awful customer service, stay away!

Should be able to change medication…
Should be able to change medication anytime. If you have a certain medication that don't work as well as stuff you know will work any change could leave you weeks without pain relief I'm really considering changing clinic

Very positive customer service experience
I rang curaleaf and spoke to a lovely man called Dan who was extremely helpful, paitent and explained everything to me very clearly and thoroughly. He helped me make the decision to go ahead with a consultation.
I also communicated via email with Jason Prince, a paitent coordinator who was very helpful with helping me re-open my application and adding my supporting evidence to my file.
Communication with both of them was a very positive experience.

I cancelled my subscription after the first delivery as the items didn't agree with me, back in January. Curaleaf continues to remove £5 a month from my back account despite my cancellation, email complaint and refund demand. Do not use this company! They are totally ignoring my complaint.i
Update it doesn't surprise me they are saying they can't identify me - try looking. The £5 they are taking from my account is not mentioned at all during sign up and leaving unwell customers to find out for themselves is deceitful. Transparency goes a long way. I wouldn't have taken the service if this was the case.

Friendly and knowledgeable clinicians. I feel they listen to me and take on board what I'm looking for, and I am always involved with the treatment decisions. I have never felt pressured into going ahead with treatments, and I have always been treated with respect and empathy.
They have an excellent variety of treatment options in various price ranges, making it more accessible for a lot of people, too.

TOTALLY STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE - WOULD RECOMMEND
IT TOOK A WHILE TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT BUT ONCE THE EVALUATION BEGAN, THE PROCESS TO ISSUE A PRESCRIPTION WAS VERY QUICK. I FELT THE DR WHO INTERVIEWED ME COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD MY CONDITION.

Do not use them
I moved to Curaleaf from another provider, and I deeply regret it. The practitioners never arrive on time, yet they have the audacity to rush you; my 15-minute appointment lasted barely 5. I’m not sure who they’re hiring, but they seem incompetent and don’t understand how to treat mixed conditions in conjunction with one another.
They essentially con you into booking paid clinician appointments for simple amendments, despite alluding that these can be handled through the portal. This is a trap—your subscription only covers a set number of appointments per year, so these "forced" meetings waste your allowance and lead to extra charges. You also can’t even amend DPD deliveries.
Don't bother with complaints; it's a waste of energy. Also, watch out for the subscription clause that forces you to keep paying for 3 months after you try to cancel. It’s a shame this company prioritises profit over patients. It needs to be thoroughly regulated or closed down. Poor, poor, poor.
