Delivery service can be a minefield but well packaged and not Curates fault just delivery guys being over dramatic especially since delivery is monthly!
Only seems to be recent months. Who knows 🤷♀️🤔
Wouldn’t use any other Company. 5 stars from me for Curate

Don’t use curate!
I had used curate in the past with no issues but the most recent time I was tempted back with a COMEBACK70 discount offer. I am currently on 15mg being prescribed by cloud pharmacy (who are 10/10) I had a pen ordered in advance the last time so still had one dose left. I had a video call with curate proved my weight, height, showed them my current pen, but when the prescriber called she wasn’t happy with must proof of purchase being out of sync by 2 weeks (I explained that I had a dose left, showed the pen) she said I had a gap in treatment so I’d have to go down to 12.5mg I declined that and seeing as they cancelled it I was expecting a full refund.
They have charged me £30 refund fee. When it’s them that cancelled it. What would happen with someone who ordered and paid for the lowest dose, then after their consultation they didn’t fit the criteria and there is no lower dose….that would be considered curate cancelling the order as they can’t prescribe what was ordered.
