Nothing is ever their fault
Nothing is ever their fault, there’s much better companies around that give a toss about their customers…. My advice shop with them and avoid Curate, massively gone down hill in 2 years, happily take your money, but not happy to help resolve issues, takes days with emails back and forth… they’d rather lose loyal customers, I moved companies and I’m a-lot happier with a more transparent and straightforward process with better customer service and support

Used to love curate
Love curate, used it for 2 years , but i hate having to send pics every 6 months when other providers dont require u too and the camera tool is awkward to use when on ur own , no timer option any more.

New pen arrives promptly
Once new pen is ordered it arrives within a couple of days. Only problem is providing photos, always have to do it via the link and not whilst doing the order.
