The packaging needs improving...
I've made 3 orders with Curibo - all pre-orders. Two of my three orders have arrived and my final order will be due soon. The shipping is pretty quick and the communication is good (although I tend to have to chase up about shipping dates), however my main issue is with their packaging.
Both of the orders I received previously (nendoroids) arrived in a cardboard box with one air bubble and a very small handful of packing peanuts. No bubble wrap at all. It is an absolute miracle that none of my figures have arrived damaged as they were basically shipped with no protection, and that's pretty concerning as a collector.
I hope my final order is packaged with more care to ensure nothing arrives damaged.
