Absolute shambles…
Sent a faulty product… fine, it happens, they don't manufacture the figures, so I don't hold that against them but what happened next has been an absolute mess.
Emailed them with full details and asked for a return…
No response
Chased them 2 weeks later,
Received a response a week later advising that they would send a return label the next day..
We’re now 3 weeks later and no return label has been sent, so all in all 6 weeks in and Im still at a loose end
I’m now having to mess around looking at raising a chargeback against the payment because Im getting nowhere
I see the positive reviews in here, so it looks like the company is all good when orders go well but god help you if there is even the slightest hiccup and you need support because their customer service is shambolic

As stated in the email sent earlier, we attempted to send the returns label on the 10th of April, but it seems this did not go through properly. As we were not aware of this, we were waiting for a reply from you, which caused the delay.

Was a bit sceptical at first as I’d never heard of this place before. Trying to find Mafex and/or SHF figures in the uk can be quite the challenge and expensive. But here there’s loads of options with surprisingly really good and affordable prices compared to many other places. Ordered and received within 2 days.

Amazing company. Its really hard to find SHF figures here in the UK without paying crazy prices. Delivery was super quick. Really pleased with my figure, packed really well no damage at all. Will definitely be buying more figures from here.

Great experience
First I bought mafex wolverine, then Mafex Hush, Knightfall batman, and Bane. Both orders arrived within just a few days and came exceptionally well packaged and at a significantly lower price than other sites selling the same products. Additionally, I sent a comic request to stock volumes of The Walking Dead, and received a very helpful reply the same day in which Spirit Kingdom Support made sure they were ordering the format I wanted. I'm very satisfied, and will use this is store again in future.
