Great Customer Service

I first signed for a special deal so my first year subscription was very affordable. I enjoyed the documentaries that I had not heard of before. Now that I no longer have time to watch, Jessa from customer service helped me cancel my subscription. I will be back if/when circumstances change to give me more free time!

Curiosity Stream is great and their…

Curiosity Stream is great and their customer service is even better. My daughter got a gift card for the next year of our service but accidentally created another account when she applied it. Then our regular account automatically renewed (because we had it set up that way) so now we had two accounts paid for but only needed one. The customer service responded immediately when I asked if we could fix it - even on a weekend. They refunded the automatic renewal, transferred the gift card to our regular account, and closed the accidental account - all without any issues at all. Usually streaming services go with the 'too bad once you pay it's done' philosophy. Customer service did everything to help us when they really didn't have to. It was our mistake. Great product and great customer service

Excellent!

Such excellent content, and excellent service from Bernadett when I asked if they would cancel my subscription due to a lack of use due to a lack of time. I'll be sure to be back when life is less busy :)

Where outstanding content meets genuine customer care — thanks to Ms. Bernadett

I live in Brazil, and unfortunately, due to the exchange rate between the US dollar and the Brazilian real, the subscription price ends up being quite high for us. Although I truly enjoy and value CuriosityStream’s content, I had initially decided not to renew for this reason. However, the renewal happened unintentionally.

What truly changed my decision was the exceptional customer service I received afterward. The representative, Ms. Bernadett, treated me with remarkable kindness, attention, and respect, offering either a full refund or a significant discount. Thanks to her professionalism and genuine care, I chose to continue my subscription.

CuriosityStream not only delivers high-quality, informative content, but also treats its customers with a level of respect and warmth that should be a reference for consumer relations everywhere.

Highly recommend CS + great customer service is a bonus

As with many other reviewers, the experience with their customer service is top notch! I, too, had to cancel as I didn't watch it much. I got in the queue with Franz who promptly resolved my request.

I love CS and would love to sit and watch as much as I can, but such is life. I will be seeing them soon though

Auto Renewal will GET YOU

Curiosity Stream offers an interesting product, but beware, they automatically renew your subscription without notice. I asked the Help Bot to cancel my subscription the day after it was posted on my credit card, and they said they would cancel my subscription a year from now at the end of my subscription. They make it impossible to unsubscribe even a day or two after their automatic renewal. They do not send you a renewal notice--it just shows up on your credit card. I do not like their business practices, and there's no way of changing what they do.

Really Great Quality Content

CuriosityStream has a lot of really great quality content to learn from. Franz in Customer Support was truly exceptional in processing my request and did so with kindness and in a personalized manner. Not only is the content offered by CuriosityStream top-notch, their amazing customer support deserves an award for truly good human interactions when compared to some of the online automated practices used today. I love Curiosity Stream

I love Curiosity Stream, but I don't watch TV anymore. In fact, I got rid of my TV altogether. Bernadett in customer support was fabulous, and processed my refund immediately. This is a great channel with great customer support.
