My product didn't arrive.
Is not the first time ordering from this store, the first time was a good experience, The product is good, now I have ordered the same item but this never arrived, I first contacted the delivery service but they told me that the sender needed to contact them, so I wrote an email to the store which they said they will open a case for it, despite this I have yet not receive any update from the Store. So I did email them again, but not reply, since I won't be in the country anymore to receive the product, I have send another email asking for a refund, but also, not reply.

No Products received
Well, i ordered some Hair-products, which got damaged during the Delivery. They were sent back to Curlshop. I was promised to get new Products and will be updated when the products are received by Curlshop . Well i haven’t gotten any new Products or been updated though Curlshop has received the products back…
It is my first time ordering at this online shop and i have to say i am really dissatisfied about the service.
Just hope to either get my money back or new hair products…
