The Bigen
The Bigen - 59 Oriental Black first looked cream white after adding water to the powder. After stirring for a while it became dark green, I was hesitant to put it on my hair and kept reading the package to see if I missed anything. Eventually I put it on my hair and only after 15 - 20 mins, in relief I saw what I was looking for. It does not come with gloves so make sure to wash your hands right after applying, that’s if you do use your fingers

Product was old and had mold
Products had mold (I ordered 4 curl custards). My mail asking for a return label was answered very friendly and fast ("would you agree to a refund of one of the 4 custards?"), but after that nothing else happened. No refund, no return label and my mails are not answered any more. I am very frustrated and do not reccomend this online shop.
