Charges you automatically and doesn't tell you until it's too late to cancel
I signed up for their trial box on sale for $5. the NEXT box they charged me for automatically and charged me OVER $100 FOR, and I was not made aware it was being sent to me or that they would charge me that much until after it had already been shipped. Their refund policy; no refunds or cancellations after the product has been shipped (again, I wasn't made aware of this charge until after it was too late for a refund.).
Calling their customer service number gives you an error message. You can only text their customer service number, and it makes you talk to a robot. Requested talking to an actual person and it took them 3 days to get back to me. The person was unable to help and just kept repeating the policy to me.
Terrible communication and no real option for refunds. do not recommend. Also, I did not notice any changes to my skin while using their products. Conviently, "it takes up to 8 weeks to notice changes" which is longer than the length of their trial box, so you don't actually know if it works before they bill you absurd costs.

After receiving the first trial, I ordered the recommended product. Curology Took my money, send me a USPS tracking which forever said “packing on it way”. I never received any product and it’s impossible to get help. The online consultant sent generic verbiage for me to check wirh USPS, which said they have not received package from shipper. When I contacted, Curology automatic agent is a joke. I don’t have time so I gave up and lost my $59 or something . Now that I’m writing this review it make me want to go dispute with my credit card company. It’s been a few months now but still make me upset that there is not an actual person to help a customer. Lesson learn for me. Much easier to go see a dermatologist in person so do yourself a favor, do not order from this company

Scam, Unethical Company
Curology claims they’ll send a product every 60 days and check in to see how it’s working beforehand, as they send a fake prescription. Instead, they ship it 30 days early without warning. When you cancel, they dangle a $25 discount. When you reach out to tell them that you don’t want it, they’ll ship AFTERWARDS.
I will never buy another Curology product, and I plan to flood the internet with honest reviews about their shady practices. Their responses to complaints only prove they don’t care, and they’d seem more ethical if they just stayed silent. At this point, they might as well replace their response team with AI, because they’re wasting money on responses that make them look worse.
I know 4 people that were waiting to order to see how my experience went, and they are all boycotting the company entirely.

Not worth the money
I literally got better results from using baby wipes, drug store moisturiser, and spf than the formula they gave me. We tried reformulating twice. Neither time did I see any changes even after using it for months consistently and as directed. Not worth the $60 when I get similar results for a third of the price.
It is also an absolutely nightmare to actually cancel your subscription. I had to confirm that I wanted to cancel 4-5 times.

Do not purchase from this company
I’ve been a curology customer for like five years. I used to tell everyone I knew about how curology had done wonders for my skin. But their predatory business practices have completely turned me off from the company. I’d be willing to spend more money somewhere else just to avoid the distasteful behavior I’ve seen from this company. I found a charge on my account for $105. This is due to the subscription I’ve had set up. But I’ve never ever paid over 100. I had been skipping the custom prescription part because it did literally nothing for me. But I enjoyed the cleanser and moisturizer they have. And this month it suddenly wasn’t skipping anymore? Anyway, so I see this charge because they don’t let you know before they process. I immediately messages every customer service number I could find for them. They don’t have a phone number you can call for a customer service representative. I send multiple messages and I don’t get a response until 24 hours later. In that time between messaging the company and getting a response I got an email notifying me of my box being shipped from their facility. When the customer service representative finally got back to me they refused to give me a refund because the package had already been shipped. Apparently they have a no refund policy even when they still have the product in their possession. I shouldn’t be held accountable for their lack of a reasonable response time. I spoke with the representative and escalated the situation to the manager. They offered nothing to make it better. At this point I want a refund and to cancel my subscription for good. They continue to refuse. I’ve had this issue before and someone told me they could let me know before they process my payment. Nobody ever did. Do not purchase ANYTHING from these people. They do not care about their customers. They just want your money. Their products are not good enough to warrant their treatment of their customers.
