I've been using curology since 2019, they're great! I love having a simplified skin routine and being able to talk to a dermatologist. A package never arrived & I reached out & they sent me a replacement, no problem.

My experience was solid because I was attended to swiftly and genuinely. The company does great at making customers feel at ease.

I have tried so many different expensive acne treatments throughout my teen years, but nothing has quite worked until Curology. It made my skin feel healthy and had incredible clearing power. I struggle with consistency, but Curology still makes a difference after days of neglecting to stick to my routine. If I had this when I was younger it would have spared me so much grief!

I meant to cancel my subscription but didn’t get to it in time and they were amazing! Customer service is absolutely great and quick.

it’s helped my skin tremendously how ever i have an issue. i need to talk to a real person. i can’t fully customize my package. the amount of cleanser i have is ridiculous i have TWO unopened bottles, but i need to keep receiving the moisturizer. why is there no solution? why is it packaged together? why i am i limited in customization when i pay nearly 100 dollars for this package?

I did not agree to a subscription. After seeing the dollar amount I agreed to change within seconds I tried to log back in to cancel and oddly enough I couldn’t log in. Buckle up curology you’ve messed with the wrong person.

I hate their subscription system. You are forced to schedule a shipment without option to skip the month. I was charged at 2:00 am and I texted them right away to cancel the shipment and be refunded, their reply was the order was already shipped and they couldn’t cancel the order. How can they ship orders without checking emails or customer requests? They don't allow the packages to be returned either, so I'm being forced to keep a package that I don't want and that's not cheap at all. Don’t waste your time and money with this!!!!!!!!!!

Good product and customer service

I’ve been ordering skincare products from Curology for 5 years now. I’ve never had a bad experience. My most recent package got stollen and I reached out directly to the Curology team. They responded in less than 30 minutes to my initial message and sent me a new package the next day. They were very kind, helpful, and efficient!! I would recommend this company any day. The products are amazing and so is their team!

I didn't receive a text or email stating that a shipment was going to be processed which they usually do prior to shipment for any adjustments to products or shipping dates. They went ahead without authorization and billed out the shipment (which is expensive) and then stated they would not refund my payment or allow me to return the product.

This service slips in samples into your original order and then starts charging you for full size bottles of product you never ordered. Avoid! They write themselves terms and conditions so that they can exploit their subscription.

Curology has been a game changer, I was skeptical because I've heard it either works well or is a waste of money, (like most products). It started clearing up my skin in a matter of two weeks! Now two months later, my skin is glowing, my dark spots have faded and I have minimal breakouts!!
