I received my LED face mask in a timely fashion and the product works great. I have only been using it for a week or two and I already can see my skin looks more clear, plumped, and hydrated. I can’t wait to see the results in 8 weeks!

The Series 2 Mask, Neck/Decolletage, and Helmet by CurrentBody are high quality and easy to use. There is no doubt that the products are well designed with a luxury feel. They were shipped immediately and received quickly so that I could start using them right away. After much research, I decided on CurrentBody due to the quality and great user experience testimonials.

It took dozens of exchanges to receive a real response from support and I ended up needing to file a claim with BBB because they would not answer my simple questions directly.

Absolutely love my red light mask. I love that the mask is silicone and not only does it cover your face but it also covers underneath your chin which is also a really nice feature esp where hormonal acne is concerned. I’ve been loving this and using it every night since it’s come in the mail. I also bought this mask specifically due to the scientific testing behind it. It actually works for your skin.

Based on your own policy, my device was defective when I received it. I purchased it on May 25, received it about a week later, and discovered the defect the first time I plugged it in—all within 30 days of purchase.

My claim is not based on returning an unopened product. It is based on receiving a defective product, which falls under your manufacturing warranty. I returned the device using the return label you provided, yet you refused to honor the warranty and denied my refund.Credit charged May 25, requested refund June 16 for defective product yet you won’t refund me and insisted that your product is working. I say it’s defective!

CurrentBody has the best product on the market, hands down. You can immediately feel a difference in your skin after one use. I have now bought the multi-light mask for my mother and my wife. Now my sister wants one!
