So happy with the curtains. after reading so many negative reviews I was worried but the curtains came and are perfect. Great quality and colors, so happy. It took almost 8 weeks, based on the virus, that's fine. My Pampered Chef order will take 8 weeks because of the virus. The communication e-mails were good, they were on top of the order. Will order from this company again.

Do not buy from them. Their customer service is a joke. Waited two months for my order to show up. Their products are cheap and not worth it.

I ordered curtains on May 21, 2020. I received tracking numbers a couple of weeks later, but checking them did nothing to say when they might arrive. After giving up hope that I would receive them, they showed up on in today's mail, July 9, 2020. They are of average quality, but admittedly are of better quality than some I ordered from Wayfair. The color is bright and the pattern is as pictured on their website when I placed the order.

I ordered unfortunately from curtainsin and I’m trying to cancel my order and am not getting any acknowledgement back on my emails to them . My order was 1-7-20 and am being completely ignored. I’m not prepared to wait 5 weeks for curtains and didn’t realise I ordered abroad

Absolute sham!!!! DO NOT USE

The curtains supplied are not what i ordered, in fact they are more like poorly manufactured pieces of cloth. The stitching is the wrong colour n to make you laugh there is no way of hanging them.

I have sent continuous emails with pictures showing the manufacturing errors asking for a full refund. The replies are at best inadequate

They are supposed to be 4 Prong Pinch Pleat but they are not.

Please also explain how i am supposed to hang the curtains?

Why on dark green curtains would you use light green stitching?

Scammers dont bother weve lost about £70 . I wouldn't even bother asking for a refund just go through your credit card or paypal to claim it back. Seriously they're just trying to delay things so it's too late to claim

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! IT IS A SCAM. Something told me to google the reviews and when I ran across this thread my heart started racing. Every review is the same experience I had. Be sure to screenshot the BS response you get when you chat with them. You may need it to provide evidence when you dispute the charges. Smh. First time I've ever been scammed. I was really looking forward to getting my curtains & already bought a rug to match. Just wow.

I ordered curtain May 27th and it’s July 4th but didn’t received anything, I contact them and they told me my order is out of stock like are you kidding me after this amount of time that I wait!!! I told them to cancel my order and they keep telling me to order a similar item and won’t cancel my order smh 🤦🏻‍♀️, thankfully I got my money back when I called my bank, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Order placed on 10th June and it is now 3rd July. Order still shows "processing" even though this should only take 2-4 days.
3 times I've tried to contact them, first time just got "hi" and then nothing. The next 2 times, I've had copy/paste responses sent back within seconds - far too fast for them to have genuinely checked my order. They also gave the same proviso that the tracking code may not have been updated. Too right it hasn't, since 23rd June, and shows the parcel as "still with sender." I fear I've been scammed out of £118. Asked for a refund and was quickly pasted a response that the agent only dealt with "pre-sales enquiries." Really? So what was with "checking" my order number then? Have been given an email address but am not holding my breath...

Scam company. Ordered, took my money but goods never arrived. DO NOT USE, I feel foolish as I usually check.

I ordered curtains 6 weeks ago they are refusing to provide tracking order saying there are on the way when clearly they are not and they are refusing a refund they are an absolute scam! Disgusting customer service!!! AVOID at all cost!!!!!

This website is a scam.

They pretend to be from the USA when, in fact, they are based in China.
You pay western prices and get the cheapest Chinese rubbish in return.

Just to give you all a little bit of confidence if you have purchased curtains.

Curtains received in just under a month.

Curtains are great for the kids playroom and exactly what I wanted.

Terrible company. It's been over 8 weeks and still nothing. They gave me a tracking # and hasn't been picked up by USPS. It's probably not even a real tracking number for my purchase. Asked for a refund twice. No response. They keep blaming covid. Well after 8 weeks I should have received it.

I would give this company a negative rating if I could. Save your money. Worst customer service and product ever! The curtains they sent me were 2” short on the width of each panel (I needed to buy 2 sets of curtains for 1 large window, so I ended up being 8” short which would’ve left gaps in my windows for light to pour in) and the image resolution was blurry and very poor, and the color quality was less than subpar since the colors were faded beyond belief. As soon as I got them (took forever to ship to me), I emailed to complain and start the return process. I’m STILL fighting with these people over trying to return these stupid curtains! They’re trying to haggle a discount to have me keep something I WILL NOT USE! Give me back my money and let me return this item!!

This company is indeed a scam! Don’t do it! Then I was charged express delivery and still have not received! PLEASE pay attention to these reviews! Made by real people with real problems from this company! Don’t do it! Hopefully Pay Pal will refund me!

Was a bit skeptical after reading the online reviews. However, everything exceeded my expectations.

Curtains arrived in perfect condition about one month after ordering. Fabric of the curtains is great. The printing is so cute and vibrant. Love my curtains and I will surely order from them again.

I would not give this company 1 star. There curtain descriptions are incorrectly written and misleading. They do not give you an address To return the items and will not give refunds. Do not go there.

I mean, this was the WORST customer experience that I have ever had. I cannot stress that enough. I'll keep the long story short: I ordered the curtains, they took TWO MONTHS to come. Then, upon arrival, they look nothing like the pictures. The color is off, the material looks cheap and not at all like the picture, worst of all, glittery thread was weaved into the pattern *blegh* which was surely not noticeable in the picture online. Needless to say, I didn't like them. Now for the past 2 weeks, I've been TRYING to return them, but it even that is a hassle. Their services reps take about 3 or 4 days to respond, and keep trying to offer me a 5% or 10% refund (FOR $70 CURTAINS THAT TOOK TWO MONTHS AND LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE). They say online I can return them if I pay shipping, but so far no one has even told me what the shipping is, they just keep trying to get me to keep them for a small precent refund. Just the absolute worst experience ever. Do NOT order from here.

Well shock! After placing not such a good review my curtains have been delivered and I have to say the quality is good! However I'm not happy with colour so doubt I will use them.
Not sure if I'll return them as not good reviews on return and refund.
Probably won't use this company again.
