I ordered a dress on 30/06/25 still not received tried getting in contact no reply yet another scam why is Facebook or another company not doing anything ?????

I'm so pleased with the quality of my clothes. The craftsmanship feels solid and the materials are great.

I would give no stars for this company if I could. I’ve had a terrible experience with trying to return unwanted dresses I ordered. I followed the directions on the website - email them with your request to return, which they replied to stating that I could keep the dresses with an offer of 30% refund. I responded to this to state that I don’t want to keep the items, I wanted to return them for a full refund, which I know I’m entitled to. They did not respond to this. I have sent a further 3 emails with no response. I will never use this website again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this company

Item too long tried to get a refund but only offered Half and keep the dress. Doesn’t follow British consumer law so reported to Trading Standards. Excuse was returns don’t go back to premises in the UK but Trumps USA it’s all a con stay well clear .

WOULD ADVISE NOT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
It took 3 weeks before order arrived and that raised my concerns that it was not a UK company (although website is curvedream.co.uk). Credit card details said location Paris.
Items are cheapest of the cheap and bear no resemblance to photos on their website. Sizes were tiny.
You have to email them for "authorisation" to return and you are then advised you have 2 choices.
1) Keep the cheap, useless items and receive a 30% refund or
2) Receive a gift card for more of their rubbish clothes and therefore lose all of your money when these items don't meet expectations. (Gift card purchases cannot be further compensated if no use)
This is a complete money making operation where they make a huge profit by sending very cheap clothing and keeping 70% of your money. No point quoting your rights to 14 days right to return online goods as they are clearly not in UK.

Don't be conned, as I was. This company and website is a scam powered by greed. They misrepresent what they are selling by using photos from other media, send you their cheap, nasty replica. The return system is a farce. Throughout the negotiations they offer a gradual percentage increase, saying you can keep the horrid clothing until they finally offer 100%, but then you have to pay registered post to the USA to return the item. Be warned. Wish I could post a photo of what they sent and what I had expected.

The quality of the fabric used for all of the three items I purchased, was very poor, transparent, and cheap.
The returns policy is practically non existent, as you are offered a fraction of the money, you paid for the garment, when you need to return them.
That’s not a refund, it’s a con!!
I feel angry with myself , that I was hooked into their deceptive photographic online advertising.
Do NOT bother or waste your time or money, with this company. I cannot understand, why they are allowed to continue to trade.

It took 4 tries to contact them for an address to return 3 dresses
Then they sent a phone number that does not answer
Then they said continue calling because they will not refund without a call

nothing fitted out of 4 items, sizes mean nothing, contacted them for a refund and they offered me a 40% partial discount which I refused, then a 50% one which I refused, then a 75% one which included me keeping the clothes which were no good as they didnt fit, quality not very good either. As they had to be returned to New Jersey USA it would have cost £30 to return them I decided to accept their final offer. Not a very good experience

Absolute scum of the earth company. I ordered a top and they sent the wrong item/size..I emailed them and they said i could have a 30%refund or a credit note..So i ordered something else and i contacted them after eight weeks to see where my top was and was told the item was out of stock..I asked for a refund to be told me i couldn't have a refund as ihad a gift card...I emailed back again to say i had a credit note and not a gift card..They then offered me a £8.20 refund (which is as much as i paid for postage) she then said and i quote "i suggest you order something else".Total disgrace of a shambles company..Do not use theis 'company'..Nothing less than scammers..

The goods are cheap nasty and there is no easy returns policy just offering partial refunds. this company should not be allowed to trade in UK or Europe total rip off

I ordered a t shirt 9 days ago and it hasn't even left Ireland yet. What is wrong with this company?

At first, l was going to accept the pitiful 30% return and keep the goods, but then - belatedly - l read the reviews.
Do not buy from this company. Their 'returns and refunds' policy is a gross misrepresentation, and on looking at the goods? Market store quality at best. The material is unpleasant, the colours are not at all like the pictures. Please. Do not buy. The 'reductions' shown are a sham. You can buy better from a known vendor of much better quality for the same kind of price. And these goods? On a market store? Much cheaper. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered 2 sizes on the basis of '1 week refund for returned items' stated on website but when tried to return both was told company were based in the states so very expensive to return anything. Customer services were helpful and offered 50% refund and keep the item which I accepted but will never buy from them again. Also, cheap nasty fabric so am very unlikely to ever wear the product.

Items ordered took 5 weeks to arrive. The sizing was really bad and the material was not as expected.
The returns policy is advertised as easy but in fact I was offered a refund of 30% of the goods value or £44.42 gift card as compensation, neither of which is what I was expecting.I certainly won't be ordering anything else!!!

I ordered two lots of clothes, one on the 6th May, the other on the 26th May this year, The first order was supposed to be clothes for my holiday, leaving on the 28th May. The second was on the 26th May, which I was not expecting to arrive before the 28th. Neither order arrived on time, being delivered whilst I was away. All the clothing was too small, I ordered size 16/18 which disappointed me as they were not just a little tight, I just couldn't get them on full stop. I contacted the company and firstly they offered me 30% refund and I to keep the clothes (?). Next they offered me 50% and I could keep the clothing. I again repeated that as they were too small they were of no use to me. Next they offered me 70% which I declined for the reason already imparted to them. Finally, they offered me 75% plus keeping the clothing. The address for them is "curvedream.co.uk" so why the difficulty in returning the items? I now realise that they may, but actually not so, be in America. Through business, I have sent items to America at very low prices. I have finally warned that I would ask for a charge back from my credit card. I have not had a response to that. So buyers beware!

Wrongly sized - XL alleged on website to be equivalent 16/18 but in reality is probably a 12. I couldn't get dress past my shoulders. Allegedly the return address is in the USA so they have you cornered if you try to return. Offered a 33% refund or a voucher for another item on their website. I tried for a full refund but met a brick wall. It feels like a deliberate strategy to mislead.

Quality of the products are poor, and not as illustrated. Requested a refund only offered 30% of goods!!!!! Buyer beware

ordered some tops - supposed to fit 20-22. They don't fit a 22! Tried to return as per website instructions, only to be told would need to ship back to US - despite the fact that they have a uk web address. Offered partial refund and keep the tops. Very poor quality goods and don't fit, so not happy and no use to me. Wish I'd read the reviews.
