The dresses I ordered were lovely, however they did not fit, so I requested to return them, and that’s when the problems started!

It is not ‘easy to return’ as stated in the small print, it’s practically impossible to return items from the UK and get a refund!

Please note this is NOT a UK company despite the “co.uk” website address. Nowhere in the small print does it state that returns have to be sent to New Jersey, USA!

Avoid this company at all costs!!
Ordered a dress that arrived way to small
The dress arrived from Reading !!
Requested return, they would not supply me with return instructions, tried to offer credit note , then partial refund if £11 plus credit note !! The dress was £59 !! Inc postage
I declined this and again asked to rerun !!! They came back with as they are based in USA it’s not worth me returning!!! I’ve accepted a refund of £26 for the simple reason I don’t have to deal with this dreadful bunch of rip off merchants ever again … DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I still have not received my order. I believe these ppl are committing fraud. I will be reporting them to BBB ! I ordered about 5 weeks ago! They said should be here in 6-12 business days. I’ve look at the tracking and it doesn’t show anything. Don’t buy from this place.

picture looked amazing and I ordered - what arrived was awful cheap nasty 'nightie' fabric dress - dont stand near a candle or similar - would never wear it out in public - or even in the house. Notice the email address is .co.uk but paid £16 for expedited delivery due to upcoming holiday - only to find out it came from Guangzou China - nothing against the Chinese but was expecting something better quality from an allged UK address

I wrote a review 'Do not be Fooled' on 19 February 2025 regarding Curvedream & my experience. I stand by every word of that review as 100% true at the time of writing. But I firmly believe, if one is going to publicly highlight a Company's flaws, you should be fair & highlight any positives too! I was extremely surprised to find that this morning, on checking my banking app, I have received a full refund for the dress (excluding shipping costs) thanking you Amy from Customer Services.

Trousers fit and have decided to keep them,(just about) but on the website the material is stated as being viscose. The label inside the garment states it is polyester. This is 100% artificial whereas viscose is made of natural fibres plus synthetic chemicals, so not as described by the seller.

How come curvydream.co.uk say you cannot return their items as they are in new Jersey and I would have to pay my own postage when I needed to return 3 items that were TWO SMALL I had to accept part payment instead of a full refund so now I have paid for items not fit for purpose as they don't fit. This shouldn't be allowed as it's address is .co.uk web

Item looked really nice on website and I was keen for it to arrive. For the price, I guessed it was going to be from China so ordered 2 sizes up. Omg it arrived today, disappointed doesn't come close. Nasty material, cheaply made, horrible colours nothing like the picture. But when I tried it on...it's tiny! Probably 5 sizes smaller than UK equivalent size. Also expensive postage and takes a long time before it reaches Royal Mail for their 48 delivery service.

Dress arrived to small and smelt like cigarette smoke, messaged them for to return dress, got an email offering me £10 and don't bother returning it, as dress doesn't fit no point in keeping it. And it was £38.Got another email offering me £15 not only did they not want the dress back they don't want to give me my money back, stay away from this company

Received two poor quality, ill fitting shirts so wished to return them for a refund. As per other reviews, this proved very difficult as they will not provide a return address and keep trying to make you accept a partial refund and keep the garment. Eventually informed me they don’t offer free returns and that the return address is in New Jersey, USA. A big cost to me to return so I reluctantly accepted a 50% refund. This is a scam company and I would never buy anything from them again. Be warned,

This is one of those Chinese companies that says you can return items and then it turns out, their return address is in China and returning it is more expensive than buying it. The merchandise is extremely crappy. I wouldn't wear it for pajamas. The material is terrible and the fit is dumpy. Stay away from them -- order from Amazon where you know you can return for free. They also don't deliver when they say they will.

Just received my goods from wetdream what a disappointment nothing like advertised its what I would call a bag of rags you should be done by the trade description act do not use avoid like the plague

The dresses I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and when they did I was so disappointed with them. One dress had lace upper and sleeves and was so scratchy that i could not wear it for longer than a half hour, the second dress was too long, too narrow, didnt look anything like the photos and very badly put together, the pocket had a hole in it before I even wore it, I requested to send the goods back but instead was offered a refund of £24, I paid nearly £87, or a gift card for £82 which I would never use as I will never order from this website again, I have replied requesting a full refund and a return address to send the dresses, do not buy from this site please

I placed an order, one day ago, and since then I have been trying to reach this company to cancel my order due to the fact that my card has been compromised. I have tried several times. Email them to their service email address no response. I am very disappointed! Just wondering how I can report them to get my money back.

This is a scam company. When you ask to exercise your statutory right to cancel the contract or to return the goods, they do not send a returns address or label.
The company is in breach of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Not to be trusted. Looks as though it is based in China and operates scams on the internet
AVOID. I ditto last review ..poor quality, nothing like the photos at all.. Stay away!!!!

What's the address that I send my two items back to please for a full refund?

I'm so disappointed. Bought the same outfit in 2 sizes for my daughters wedding, to whom I'm walking with her down the isle to give her away as they say. It looked beautiful on the advertised photo OMG! They are absolutely horrendous, cheap looking and disgusting. I emailed the company straight away to make arrangements to return them both and have a refund, but they offered me a credit note for £20 less than I paid for them. I only ordered 2 of them in different sizes to see what one fitted me the best. Now I'm stuck with both dresses that I do not want, that cost me £80 for both in the sale advertised. I am fuming 😤

It is obvious by the ad photos that these goods will be a disappointment
Any site displaying headless shots and no back view are suspicious
Any large discounts and 'small' sizing ie size 14 uk is xxl is also suspicious
If one reads reviews first one will notice one poor review is usually followed by three favourable reviews
Check out the adjectives.....do uk citizens describe clothes as 'cute' ? Kittens yes sweaters no

My wife liked the top. The material is light and cool, perfect for that trip to warmer latitudes. The fit was true to size and the color matched the product photos.

Forgot my password, I have tried the forgot password link on their website over 30 times now on 3 separate devices and I have not received any emails with a link to reset my password so my account is now lost / gone / inaccessible. I have tried numerous times now to explain this to their so called customer service but they are completely useless offering no help or useful advice and have basically just washed their hands of this. So I would advise anyone against using this company as soon as they have your money they are not interested in any problems with their website.
