Was interested so added to basket. They processed the payment when I did not complete (old address on there so didnt click all the way through!)
Asked to cancel. They arent responding.
Managed to change address on the "order" but it didnt even arrive.
Now ignoring me.

There should be negative stars for this s**t show. I'll just get right to it. It took104 emails to get my order canceled. Of course, I sent those emails 5-10 minutes apart until they responded. Got the order canceled. Then they tell me it will be 5-15 days for the refund. What a crock...the emails have commenced.

Complete scam! I have tried contacting the company multiple times with no reply. Never received my items and no refund. I'm out $90. Do NOT use their site! Absolute fraud!

I contacted the company and the attorney general's office. Curve ladies never answered the Attorney General's request for contact. I have contacted Solve it 7 and not heard back from them as of yet. READ THE REVIEWS before you order anything from this so called company!!! This is a scam I am out $132.00

Ordered three items and only got one. Waiting for the other two but not hopeful. Will see if PayPal can help. Don't order from this company.

Horrible, horrible customer service, in fact, there is none. Even though the website says there’s a return policy, they won’t send the address.
The items did not fit as described and I asked for a refund per their policy. 4 emails to and from them, and I still do not have a return address. I emailed them for return instructions on 9/26/23, 9-27, 10/1, 10/2 and 10/3. The first email they offered to let me keep the items for 20% off of what I actually paid, and this last email they said.
“ How about you keep the item and we refund you 30% of the item's price and offer you 20% coupon for your next order? ”.
Their website clearly says they accept returns I check that before I purchased anything from them.
This is bait and switch and they are just running the clock out for the 30 day return window with all these emails. They keep sending me offers of different “bargains.”
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
If they don’t return my money, I am going to the attorney generals office of consumer affairs.

Curvelady has the same photos of clothing that several sites have claiming they are having to close their store. The clothing all looks the same, the photos are the same. But who or where do those actual lovely clothes come from?

Where is the zero star option. I ordered 3 dressed: two the same but different sizes. I have dish towels that are better quality. The third dress was scratchy.., like draperies. I tried to return them but had the same experience listed as everyone else.., just constant suggestions to keep
With discounts. I will never see a dime back from these horrible people. Beware and stay away.

Like so many others, I have experienced the same set of instructions regarding a return and followed them. There have been 20 emails back and forth and they still choose not to refund my money as they said they would. It is a shame that these reviews are adding up. It has taught me a lesson for sure. It isn’t as much about the money as it is the principal of the matter and their deceit and dishonesty. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

**** Buyer Beware*****I've been cheated out of clothes and refunds like so many. This is not a legit company. I am very upset that complaints about this company have been on going for years!

Curveladies sent me clothes that were super cheap material, with a shirt that was Supposed to be an open tunic. It was a long shirt that did not resemble what was advertised at all. When I tried to return the items I kept getting hassled about they could only refund me 20 percent ans I could keep the items, and then when I refused, they would up it to 30 % and finally to 50 %. I kept refusing because I did NOT plan on wearing them! Finally they said that I could return them, but I had to pay shipping, and they had a list of very specific rules to follow or I would not get a refund. I suspect if I send them back they will aay that I didn’t follow a particular rule, and refuse my refund. If I could rate this company zero srars, I would.

Don't trust this company.
My order never came and when I contacted the company they said sorry out of stock. Gee, what if I had not contacted them. I have requested a refund. Let's see how that goes.

Ditto to all the complaints below! Rcvd this today 8/7 after multiple inquiries on how to return, last one dated 6/20. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! The customer service is AWFUL! So is their sizing. I ordered my normal size thinking the flowy items would fit great. They weren't even close. I reached out to CS and they wanted me to measure the clothes with a measuring tape. WHAT?? Then when I said I just wanted to return the items for a full refund (after MANY emails which took sometimes days to respond!) they started with an offer of 20% refund and I could keep the clothes. I declined. Then they offered 30%, then 50%! Mind you my order was over $250! I WANTED 100% REFUND!! Always saying they were "saving" me the cost of shipping back the items. FINALLY after weeks of hassles, they gave me return info. I have just seen a refund on my card - which shocked me!! I figured I would never see a refund! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM!

Clothes are not sized right. They appear to be soft and flowy on the website but are hard and rough feeling. I have been trying to get a return label for over a week now. They responded but keep asking what was wrong and if I would take a partial refund instead.
Do not shop there!

The sizing is way off. I ordered a size larger than usual and it was way to small. I sent an email to ask for return information and they said to lay the clothes out and measure so they can check the size chart. I asked again for the return information and they would not give it. I asked a third time for the return information and now they will not respond at all. This is a horrible company with even worse customer service. Save yourself time and money by NOT purchasing anything from them. They are a Scam.

If I could leave a negative 1000 star review I would. Despite their on line return policy, they absolutely refuse to issue the return authorization. DO NOT PUCHASE anything form this company unless you like to be scammed. Their clothing is of so inferior quality it's ridiculous.

I wear a 2x. I bought 4 outfits in a 3x. They all fit like an American size large. I'm beyond sad.

Terrible communication- almost none. No verification of shipping or anything. No response to emails.
Slow delivery- with the lack of communication after a while I was doubtful the order would arrive at all.
Low quality - items were basically like Chinese junk. Very poor quality.
No resolution of issues- my order was missing an item. I doubt I will ever see a replacement.
