Ordered $135 for clothing in March 2023. Have not received them! Many emails to the company and have not had a response! Company is a scam!

I ordered 4 items from this company.
The clothing were made with a horrible fabric. I used their size chart they did not fit at all. No one could wear them.
I sent customer service numerous e-mails asking for a return label and a refund.
They finally replied for me to keep the items and they would give me a 30 percent refund and 20 percent discount on next order.
I told them I don’t want that I want a full refund. I got tired of dealing with this company back and forth. They said that was the best they could do.
I called my credit card company and told them that they will not refund money and that they are a big scam. They turned it over to their fraud department. A couple days later I got my money back on my card.

Buyer beware! Horrible made clothing. Return policy, they do not follow at all. Email after email, I even went back on facebook and complained then they blocked me.

I order two items. Neither fit. I notified the Curve ladies and was told I needed a return authorization. I have sent 4 emails and one contact through their website and have received total silence.
Do not buy from these people which is most likely a Chinese firm.

Ordered clothing for a special event. It came too late. When it finally arrived, I did not open it. I mailed to the address on the label listed for returns. It cost me $21 to mail. Curve refused it and the package was sent back to me, Ac
After reading all these reviews about poor quality, I did not want to open it. Can anyone advise on how to contact them for returns? What a rip-off!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Clothes run small and they will not let you return them. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered clothing in March 2023 and still to this date May 2023 have not received anything from them except emails to tell me to "be patient". I think I have be patient enough, it should not take 2 months to get my order since with was not a large order. So I am reporting this company as a scam.

3 items not only don't fit but don't look like the advertisement at all. I asked for a return label per their website instruction. They told me to keep the clothes and offered a $10 refund instead. I spent $110 and would like that refunded. Scam!!

I had a nice size order and need to return some. I have requested return address 7 times from customer service without an answer.

So disappointed. Much like all of the other reviews I wanted a full refund and got offered first, $15-then 30% of 2 outfits I purchased. There is nothing on the website that indicates you cannot get a full refund. Poorly made clothes. I will continue to dispute until I’m satisfied.

Worst company! I ordered almost $100 of 2 outfits that ended up being too big. All I wanted was to exchange for smaller size and they offered me $17 and said keep the clothes!

Whenever I see sites like these with cute clothes and great prices I always Google reviews of the company and find out that they are more of a scam than a legitimate company.

I placed an order, asked to return the items on March 7th. It is now March 23rd and I still haven't had an authorization to return even after repeated emails to customer service. They offered me ridiculous things like "would you accept $5" when I spent $40 on the clothes. This place is a complete scam!

Ordered 4 outfits, received 3. I sent them 2 emails thus far and haven't had a reply. Went through PayPal for a dispute. The clothes are cheaply made. Like made out of bandana material you would buy at Hobby Lobby. Probably lost 46$ dollars but inwill.file claim after claim until I get my money or my order and at this point, I don't want my order. SCAM! CLAIM ITS MADE IN USA WHEN IN FACT ITS MADE IN CHINA. CLAIM ITS SHIPPED FROM USA WHEN ITS SHIPPED FROM CHINA.

It appears that this is a scamming website. I made purchases of 200.00, and when I received the items they were of poor quality and fit. I requested an authorization code for return and refund and was offered 19.00! I said no, I want a refund several times with no further correspondence from them. I am now seeing the same clothing on different websites on FB Very disturbing. These sites should be shut down

I purchased (4) items all the same size. they sent random sizes. I contacted them because I wanted to return them. they offered me $8. refund to keep the items. I declined the offer. it has been over 2 months and still don't have a return address or a refund. their quality is cheap. items are not what the pictures look like. very thin fabric and threads coming out. none of the items I bought are cottom. they are poliester. I DO NOT recommend this company. it is a scam

Order was placed over three weeks now. I've been trying to contact Curve Ladies to get an update on shipping - ZERO response. They offer no phone number either. I try to log in, and my password doesnt work - so i get an reset email - and it puts you in the never-ending loop. I would like to get my items, but I'm tempted to dispute my credit card charge and cancel order. I'm going to give in one more week then will do. I wouldn't recommend using this company at all because of the lack of customer service.
