i stupidly ordered before reading reviews and ordered on line 2 nights ago,10 minutes later i read reviews and cancelled … sent another email confirming my cancellation as first email wasn’t acknowledged and now received an email
saying my order is on the way scandalous

It's frightening that companies such as these are allowed to trade. This one, plus Meet Curve, Beauty Curve and others, too many to name, are the same organisation. They claim to be UK based and they're not; they state their warehouse is in the States and refuse to provide an address, and then play games with endless automated emails trying to encourage you to accept a small percentage of the value of the goods. I won't be caught out again...look at the reviews and the eturns policy before purchase is now my motto!

Absolutely atrocious company. The items didn't fit, and when I requested return instructions they said :
"keep it and have 20% back". No thanks.
"keep it and have 30% back and a 20% voucher for your next purchase". No thanks - it doesn't fit. Send return instructions please.
"keep it and have 50% back". No. Send return instructions otherwise I'll go to my credit card company.
"keep it and have 50% refund and 30% off your next purchase". No, and I'm now going to my CC company.

Went to my credit card company and credit card company refunded me within the week! It was that blatent of a failure to follow the law that they sided with me within a WEEK.

Their terms and conditions say they follow FRENCH law, which has distance selling regulations allowing returns. Their OWN terms and conditions state you can return within 14 days. All easier said than done. Just save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

Avoid like the plague !!!
Send incorrect items then won't refund unless you send back to America !!! Scam company.

Great choice, bought 2 tankini excellent fit, so pleased. Think the clue is to measure yourself before buying. Definitely will use again.

This company do not give refunds even if the item doesn’t fit they expect you to keep it and will give you a couple of quid off the price .When my wife wanted to return something you would normally expect to get a address to send it back to, to get your money back. She wishes she’d seen the other reviews before she bought from them because everyone has got the same complaint . She wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and certainly wouldn’t buy from them again

Been trying to get a returns address with absolutely no response I want my money back!!!!!!!

The item received was not the size stated on website, it did not fit, so you have to get authorisation for refund by email. I email daily to their email, but they suggest a percentage refund and I keep product, why would I want to keep a product that doesn't fit.....

Avoid!!!! Ordered from one curvy, product never arrived and the company and ignoring all my emails. Absolutely no customer care, I don’t have my product and can’t get a refund (despite them advertising a no quibble refund policy!) Thieving cowboys!

Like most other posters can't get refund or even return authorisation. First offered discounts and then told returns have to made to USA at great expense, obviously a ploy to make you take the goods. Gone to bank to do chargeback

***Update from original post *** My credit card company contacted the company and they have since emailed me with the return address for returning items. They want me to take pictures of the crotches of all the swimsuits to make sure they are still there which is very odd. They also said they would deduct their original postage cost from my refund. I fought that as there is nothing in their return policies stating this. My credit card company said that if they pushed this then they would fight it also. They have now come back and said they will give a full refund and for me to return to the address. Of course I am not confident I will receive any money back once they receive the items, but I know my credit card company will back me up and credit my money back if I don’t get anything from them. I will update again once I have an outcome. Oh, and if you want the refund email address it is servicebayfeel at gmail . com. Contact your credit card companies too! They have services to deal with scammers like this so you can potentially get your money back.

Have just read all the reviews, unfortunately it was after I’d made my purchase. I bought 4 swimsuits, 1 which I am keeping and 3 I will be returning. As with other people’s experience, I am getting the runaround. They keep telling me to keep them and I’ll get a 20%, then 30% refund on the purchase. I said no. I read the reviews here and then went emailed them back and threatened to contact the citizens advice bureau as well as the trading standards department if they do not give me a refund. I also just spoke with my credit card company too (which is American, so maybe this will make a difference as apparently the company is American) and they said they would dispute it on my behalf if I do not receive a refund within the return deadline (15 days). It seems this company has zero morals and really needs to be shut down. I don’t know how they’re still able to trade if this has been everyone’s experience. I hope everyone finds these reviews before buying anything from them.

Refused to give a full refund even though I’d emailed a month before they contacted me and ever since it’s been like talking to a brick all! Avoid at all costs the quality is very cheap and thin.. I’ve asked for 12 days for a complaints procedure and a full refund and they have just ignored me and had the cheek to offer me 4 pound refund at first!!!!

Dont use this company, I wish I have checked reviews before ordering from them. Parcel did not turn up. The delivery company Evri took responsibility. told me to ask curvyshe for refund. Curvyshe has refused,

A final update on my “battle” with this company. I placed the matter in the hands of my credit card provider and they have been incredible.

They asked me to supply evidence which was easy because I have a long email chain and they have informed me today that they are re-claiming the money from Curvy She and it should be back in my credit card account within five working days. Curvy she then have 45 days to dispute the refund, but I am confident that they will not be able to justify their bad behaviour.

This has been a long drawn out process but very worthwhile and if anyone else out there who bought within the last six months is tempted to do the same then I would recommend it wholeheartedly

Ordered a swimsuit. It looked horrible. Tried to return it, no reply for a month. When a reply was finally received I was asked to prove it was smaller than advertised on their website so they could come to a reasonable solution.

Wish I had read reviews this company is terrible, don't buy from them and don't waste your money.

Has ANYONE actually had a refund from this fake business?
£63 spend and not a penny back. Items are poor quality bad fit and thrown together, one swimsuit had dead skin inside!!
Horrific company to deal with. I bought the items in April it’s now June and no refund just multiple false promises. Yes I WISH that I had seen the reviews in advance.

Thieves, take your money and refuse to refund, despite me following their returns policy.
Customer service is appalling. You’re lucky if you get a reply. Ordered goods, wasn’t true to size as asked for return authorisation and will not allow me to return, instead wants to compensate me with a 30% refund and I can keep the goods. I don’t want them, they do not fit. I just want my money back. I am more than happy to cover the cost of returning as stated in the returns info, but I want my money back.
Now looking into taking it further.

Ordered a selection of swimsuit, which were too short in the body I'm 5'11. All arrived OK not too long being delivered. When I look how to return it, you need to email them. When I emailed and asked for a return they replied next day and asked why I was returning the whole order. That's the last I heard!! Have emailed loads of times a no reply. Luckily I purchased on my credit card so they are now looking to get my money back. Don't bother with this company, others have not received orders of like me are unable to send things back.only gave one star as 0 wasn't an option

Sizes are way out.
Don’t respond to emails, so I’ve zero chance of getting a refund either.

I do wished I’d had read the reviews on this company before I purchased a swimsuit which is not suitable. I’ve emailed 3 times for details on how to return and I’ve had no response to any emails. It’s getting to the point that I will have passed the time to return which I believe is 15 days as I can’t get a response from them. I wouldn’t buy from here again which is a shame as they have some really nice stuff.
