Shocking customer service. Swimsuit arrived quickly, quality is excellent but not a flattering fit for me. Despite emailing customer service to request a return (which is what they advise), I only received contact when I raised a complaint via PayPal. Three times I asked for the return address, to be told this is in the USA. Address was never forwarded. Was offered 30% and then 50% of the value and told to keep the swimsuit. However, the swimsuit was £30 with free delivery and they have only offered £12 which is not 50% of the purchase price. Very disappointed and swimsuit being donated to the local charity shop.

I didn’t want to give this company any stars. Do not order anything from them as they don’t fulfill your order then ignore you completely. They took my money £60 then only sent one item, doesn’t even fit as their sizings are way way out and because they won’t respond to any of my emails I can’t even return the one item. Their statement about excellent customer service is a joke, they are no more than common thieves. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from these criminals, please learn from my mistake!

Placed an order on the 29.04.23, delivery estimate is very unclear on website. Says 3-5 days but could be 15. Anyway waited and then the items didn’t arrive. Like everyone else couldn’t get a reply from customer service. I took to social media and suddenly got a response. That 3 of my items were out of stock and would I like replacements. By this point I had been waiting 3 weeks. Some emails back and forth over a few days and finally agreed to a full refund which would be 3-5 days again it never came I contacted the bank at this point and got my money back that way. I have given 2 stars as I have managed to actually get in touch with someone and they said it would be raised. I’m just lucky the items didn’t arrive and I haven’t had to mess around with returns

ZERO is not an option or I would rate this company and its subsidiaries lower. AVOID, AVIOD!!! My 3 items are not fit for purpose and are certainly not UK sizes. Description incorrect on so many levels. They actually advertised FREE RETURNS/ and EASY RETURNS- This is NOT TRUE. Not fit for purpose and therefore breaking the Trades Description Act.
They want to give a partial refund and for you to keep the items to "sell on". This is not helpful to me nor the environment. Willing to give me all but £8 of the total amount of the goods I wish to return for me to keep these. To me, this screams something fishy. Not ethical. Good business scamming people if you can get away with it. Communication dreadful. It goes on for weeks. Going through Paypal complaints is your only way of trying to resolve this. They cannot say free returns and then say it is currently unavailable when you request this. Their shipping costs make it totally unviable from the UK. You won't discover this until later. Still trying to settle this. Please be warned and spread the word.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Goods not suitable. Asked for return address for a refund. Only can return to the USA but I’m happy to do that but they will not supply return address. Web site misleading as suggests they are in the UK. I would never have bought from them if I had realised they were in the States. Complete discretion and fraudulent. I’m going to pursue in the small claims court.DO NOT BUY A SINGLE THING FROM THESE THIEVING SCOUNDRELS

Should be a 0. Do not purchase from this company. I need a return slip and they are ignoring my emails. Have tried for 4 weeks now. I am very tenacious and won't give up. I have started taking legal advice even though it is under £40. It's the principle. Will cost them a lot more in the end.

Ordered swimsuit 25 April. Size much too big. I have requested return|refund instructions for 2 weeks, but except for an email asking me why I wanted to return it and what package not to use I have not heard anything. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Will definitely not be using this site again.

IMPOSSIBLE to receive a refund. Ignore emails. Do NOT use. Huge scam. Had to go through my bank to get a refund. So anyone who has done same, please contact your bank they are so helpful.

And the 1star is too much! Wish I’d seen these reviews before I purchased swimsuit. No where near size it should be and after reading these reviews can’t see point in returning, So Vinted it is then at half the price I paid 😞

Absolutely disgusting behaviour and service… well there is no service. I ordered a tankini which has come and the sizing is awful trying to obtain the address for a refund seems to be extremely difficult. I was offered to keep the tankini and receive a £4 refund when it cost me £25 and I still have nothing to take away with me. They seem to be now ignoring my emails I am so angry and will never use this company again. An absolute paw show.

Ordered a bikini end of April, received relatively quickly. Tried it on, too big so contacted them immediately for a return label. It has now been a week and no contact at all from their customer service team. I work in complaints and this is not a great look for the company. I will continue to chase as they have my money but I wouldnt use them again.

My item got lost in the post, their reaction was to sort it out yourself. I tried. The result no swimming costume and lost £30. I will never use Curvyshe again

Do NOT order anything! If it doesn't fit, they make it impossible to return anything. It has to be returned to the USA at YOUR expense. They will offer a paltry sum (maximum of £20) as 'compensation' and let you keep the items you want to return.

I've been emailing this company since 30th April asking for a returns address but they're ignoring me. Sent the third email today advising that if I don't hear from them soon, I'll be getting my credit card company involved. It took ages for them to send my order and one item was out of stock. They did refund me for that one quite quickly but they didn't seem to understand that this shouldn't hold up delivery of the items they do have in stock! Useless, don't buy from this company

Horrendous Customer service!!!!
I ordered one item - a one piece swimsuit and they sent me a 2 piece tankini on 29/04. I sent an email on 30/04 to which they responded immediately, requesting photos of the items received, packaging and labels. I sent that on the same day and haven't heard anything since, despite emailing them on two other occasions and messaging them on FB. I plan to contact my card holder and CAB.

I ordered a swimsuit it arrived but not suitable had one reply but no return label, they said I need to do measurements? This is terrible hsve not heard a thing keep emailing no reply. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM ITS A SCAM

Terrible, 2 of my items don't fit an d I have emailed three times in the last 10 days and still had no response for a returns address and label. They owe me back nearly £60 which I can't afford to lose . Should be closed down . Avoid at all costs.

If I could give negative 10 I would. Sell you things, give you a limited time to return. But don't allow returns without them being informed to send you a return label. Then they don't reply at all so you never get a label

Ordered a swimsuit and shorts I should have known by the lack of emails that I’d done the wrong thing. Items weren’t as described and two sizes too small now as you can guess no help at all from the rob-dogs, think they are stalling for time, they did ask me if I would lay the item flat and measure it ! I replied asking again for an address to send returns too but two days later still nothing, I won’t let this end as they are ripping people of their hard earned money including me! They also have sister sights on FB so beware. UPDATE. they eventually replied telling me to keep the items as it would cost too much to return. Money refunded
