WORST

NOT WORTH IT!
I had insured my phone and when I done the claim they started to pick every single bit which is was ridiculous and at the end they said that the invoice is not on my name (because it was gift) and they didn't care. Their manner on the emails was kinda rude. It was just waste of money and time. Never going back to this company and never gonna recommend to any of my friends.
P.S they said my policy is not active anymore, but took money anyway for the flowing month.

Simple phone insurance

Simple phone insurance. Only comment is that a photo of the device is needed and it would have been helpful to know this up front so the application could be completed easier.

Always good service from CUSC…

Always good service from CUSC Foneguard whether it is to update my handset on my insurance today or a renewal of my policy the staff there are very helpful & always help.

Been with CUSC Foneguard for years now…

Been with CUSC Foneguard for years now and see no reason to change, staff are excellent (Susan Patmore in particular) very happy with the level of cover and the service provided.

Absolutely pointless using them

Absolutely pointless using them!
I will never use them again. I sent god knows how much evidence to them to prove i owned the phone.
Then when i needed to make a claim. I had to call Samsung to arrange a pick up.
Then i had to call the courier company when they didnt turn up.
I've been chasing samsung all round the houses because they want more information.
when i send the details to the 3rd party company CUSC use I am told its not good enough for them to release the funds to me.
And then i discover that the insurance company send me the funds (takes 3-4 days) and then I have to pay Samsung...
So if you're happy to provide the service to yourself but get your money back which is the only service they provide use them! But i know after my phone is fixed and i have been refunded i am off elsewhere!!!!

Fake company with different name

One of the worst company I ever dealt with . This company is fake and have so many names like loveit coverit,cusc foneguard pier insurance and etc. my phone was lost and it’s been reported to police and even blocked by my network .and this insurance company is asking me to send them a screenshot where it shows that I have put that device in lost mode .but my device was not on iCloud .now this company is ridiculous ignoring my calls and emails .please never get this insurance this is big fraud .if you call them they will tel you that manager is busy he is not available . If you ask the names they will give you different names each day .so confusing .dont know how to deal so I have contacted financial ombudsman service. So that I might be able to get a replacement .its been two months I’m still waiting .please beaware
